The deals are too good to be true and the staff will treat you like an idiot. I ordered a deal with a switch and received a switch that was not as advertised and had already been opened with parts removed. When I questioned this I was told that they check it before they send it out and that it was normal for parts to be missing. Funny how my phone was not checked. Phoned to cancel an order that was sat in the warehouse - what a painful experience Phoned to cancel an order that was sat in the warehouse and they refused to do it, said it had to be sent out and then i had to send it back - poor girl on the phone could not find a manager who would speak. Started off well, fantastic deal on a 7 Plus. Purchased with super quick delivery! Was initially very impressed with no complaints. Took delivery of my new shiner device. All was well until I found the camera and light didn't work. Unfortunate but one of those things, so sent it back. I saw that the return had been signed for, but no confirmation of receipt. Had a good deal if the cashbook fully paid out. However there are no reminders from the site. I missed a claim by 2 days because I was unable to download my latest bill from EE. The rejected my claim because it was 2 days late. Lost £35. When you sign up they don't tell you up front you must be strict in your timing. Will not be trusting them again… Read Full Review

Internet sales very misleading for handset only purchases which say they come with free accessories (LG G5 c/w B&O products) even though they add them to the basket which leads you to believe you will receive them. When questioned a simple 1 line answer "Unfortunately these accessories were only available as part of a full contract not for a handset only order." Ordering the phone was really easy but if you work full day shifts then you will struggle to get your phone delivered. For some reason they will only deliver to your home address and when you question them to see if they will deliver it to your work address you get some snotty woman on the other end of the phone giving you excuses. “Tale of woe with my purchase”

Problem started when their carrier, UK Mail, did not deliver the phone. Eventually, replacement phone arrived. SIM was damaged. Replacement SIM was 'lost' by UK Mail. Replacement SIM telephone arrived 5 days later, but telephone number was allocated to someone else, so had to be changed. “Don't buy if you value your credit rating”

I bought a phone for my son and was very happy with it so decided to buy another one for my daughter. My second order was refused because I failed the credit check. The first order had included a credit check and this had reduced my rating by 46 points with Experian. Presumably the second check would have another detrimental effect. I have had at least 6 phone contracts and have never missed a payment or paid late so feel this is really unfair. Not happy at all… Read Full Review

Had to pay more than suggested. Took too many conversations to switch my mobile phone number over from my previous providers. Mobile phones Direct have best price. Customer Services however let them down dramatically. Not that they did not try but simply provided bland reponses that were by and large irelevant. Some of the instructions were completely contradictory e.g. put the SIM card in before the battery and put the battery in first.
