I’d been sent a faulty phone as I called it kept cutting off so one member called back over 8 time to help me through the process. After sending it back I found one employee that put in 5 star effort to keep me updated on my iPhone. I recieved compensation and for this I am very grateful for all the help. I have a brand new iphone 7plus with my contract continuing where it has to be put on hold! Great service provided, ask for help if you have any problems!

Overall good to deal, customer service via phone is good but don't bother to email them they will not reply back. Had a problem with my new phone, called up and got it replaced. Local number to not like other companies who use 0844 numbers.

I bought a new Samsung galaxy S4. After initially struggling with the verification which was down to the format in which my address was entered with my bank, it was straight forward and my phone arrived safely within a few days. This site had the best price for the phone and Im extremely happy.

It did take afew days to get hold of someone. . . The internet wasn't working for us, errors in their address finder. . BUT once I got hold of some one she was excellent and sorted everything. . . .the delivery was beyond excellent. . It's a shame customer support is only open Monday to Friday. I am now going to order another phone from them because overall the service was excellent.

Couldn't fault the service from affordable mobiles at all. Handset arrived promptly and as advertised. The deal I got was the best on the market and the only issue was with Three who couldn't get their act together and set my new contract up. When I had to call the affordable mobiles customer service for help, they were very knowledgeable and assisted me no problem. Would definitely recommend this company as I've had no issues with my order.

When I ordered the phone it came up with a thing for insurance, it didn't have any boxes and I thought I ticked the box no, but I have had am email through saying I got it, I sent a letter to the place but don't know if it has been cancelled, I don't want it! I'd it has not been cancelled I will not be happy!
