“Service excellent but connection charge high”

A bit unhappy with the high connection charges for calls to Kenya. Plus even if I get a message that it has not been possible to connect this call, I get a connection charge!

“Reasonable Price but Bad Connection”

I do like the resonable pricing, however, the quality of the connection has been getting worse. I try both from landline and mobile but I must say it is really getting worse on both and I am considering looking elsewhere as I feel like I am wasting half of my money as I can only have proper conversation only half of the time I am on the phone. I know cheaper rate means poor connection but the current experience does not entitle for a good review on the overall service at all. When you can keep the quality better, then this service really stands out. The big advantage on this service is that I can connect geographic number so that I do not have to pay connection charge but use the inclusive minutes both on landline and mobile.

“My sister is poorly so since my last visit to her I...”

My sister is poorly so since my last visit to her I have tried to ring her everday, my nephew says it cheers her up. I was using dial to save and it worked well for a while, I cannot call any landline in Trinidad now at the lower rate of 3ppm but calls still work to mobiles 7ppm (funny thing!) I have written to Dial to Save asking if I had a limited number of calls or if the access number has changed but I have received no response. Does anyone know if you have a limited number of calls within a set period. All my bills have been paid no defaults so I do not understand what is going on... HELP.

“Dial to Save International Calling”

I have given Dial to Save a low score, this is because of always poor Connection quality and credits that miraculously dissapear from day to day when you not even use the service. For example you phone on monday and not tuesday but on wednesday you make another call, call credit is lower than the last time u checked it after the call on monday. Call Quality: I often have to make 3 or 4 calls one after the other to enbale me to speak as the line is always "Choppy" and the other party has difficulty hearing me. For ease of use of the Dial to save system is very easy and crediting the account is even easier.

I use Dialtosave for international calls to africa. It was previously a value for money with good reception and cheaper rate. However, in the last three months its been a complete mess. Not only has the calling rate increased to where i call, it uses up my cridits without making calls. The customer service is also poor in resolving custommer query. I have had two experience with them and in both instances i was lied to. I can only use it now out of desperation. I prefer O2 international sim card. It costs £15 and it gives you 100 mins plus £15 credit to call any one. I will definately not recommend Dialtosave to any one.

I use your service to call Iran. I have called two different numbers in Iran one in Tehran and one in Ahvaz. I have recently starting using your company and although the first time that I used your service I got through pretty swiftly, but last weekend both numbers were ringing and no one picked up to my surprise! I thought they are not home! I use another company as well, I called my mum in Tehran via their system and this time she picked up. I asked if she had been out but she confirmed that she had been in all the time. I think if I are not getting through you should not deceive people into thinking that it is ringing at the other side. Otherwise the the Call Credit system is ok.

The service on the face of it is good. However, it appears the best way to benifit is to use the 084*** number but most people pay extra tfor this service from their home line. Also, countries much furthe rthan the one I call regularly are much cheaper units per min.

The connection is a bit of a hit and miss at times but occasionally it couldn't be clearer.

I think if you reduced the 020**** costs to the same as 084***then I'm sure your product will be a big winner within my large family who still prefer to purchase dial cards from the corner shop.
