Paid for 1-2 days delivery but nearly two weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I am now worried the site might be a rip off.

I was super impressed with the speed my gadgets arrived in, placed my order at 2pm and they were at my door the next day, what more can I ask for? Will use again.

Ordered this lamp for my sons birthday as he loves gadgets. Was thrilled with it when he saw it and so was i. Ordering was easy and it was received within 2 days and i had left it a bit late to order. It had good instructions for assembling the lamp and looks fab in his new flat. Well worth the money.

Looking for some novelty gifts for a very hard to please 15 year old. Found some ideal bits & pieces. There was a slight issue with the delivery charge, so called Genie customer service and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! And really quick delivery as well - can't fault them!

Really pleased with all purchases, bought them as gifts for family, couldn't have asked for better. Only one concern and that was the packaging, the gift boxes had dents in them after unwrapping from the postal packaging. Otherwise it was all great :)

Have wanted a MusucBag for ages and finally found a Lite version wich is slightly cheaper and perfectly sufficient for the fair weather camper I am.

Ordered a Medium having not read the description properly which says order a size up if you are near the height limit! Suffice to say it was too small and I called Genie Customer Service and spoke to a lovely guy called James who had no problem swapping the size.
