My fridge freezer went on the blink yesterday, hence the need for quick replacement. Wasn't looking to spend a lot of money, found a Hotpoint one selling at much the same price as everywhere but the difference in next day delivery charge was what made me opt for Appliance deals. Website had a glitch today which wouldn't allow me to enter the steps driver would need to get item in house, bit annoying, however I just entered the info in 'drivers note' box to allow me to proceed with order.

The scale of choice is enormous with a price range to suit anyone's pocket.

My first visit was to find a fridge-freezer and because of lack of kitchen space it was going to have to fit underneath a wall cupboard.

Nowhere else I had looked had so many (or in fact any) f-fs of height 1.5 metres and LESS!

I soon found one I liked for a decent price.

The only problem I had was when ordering and dealing with the delivery details. I answered 4 yes/no questions about any difficulties for the deliverers and said yes to having to go up some steps.

When I tried to carry on to payment it kept holding me back saying YOU MUST SPECIFY THE NUMBER OF STEPS but no box appeared to specify them in! Frustrating!

I am sure this was a mobile site glitch and I doubt it would happen on a PC or laptop but they might want to fix that.

Excellent - good website, good prices, fast delivery , good customer service. Delivery excellent - on time & very good delivery guys, who unusually took great care. Would definitely use again & recommend.

Ordered on Thursday evening, booked delivery on Sunday. Delivery team arrived to my door at 8:30am on Sunday. So delivery was without problem. I've been still informed about progress with my purchase.

ITEM: I'm very happy, everything like on the pictures, brand new item, well packed, no scratches on it, working well and look fab.

Before buying I did a lot of research and found Appliance Deals to offer the items I wanted at the best price. The items arrived on time with excellent communication leading up to delivery. I had a problem with the oven in that the oven liners were missing, I need not have worried as once I had alerted Appliance deals to the problem they were on the case immediately and within a couple of days a Neff engineer was at my home rectifying the problem and the only effort from me needed was one phone call. A first class service from Appliance Deals I would highly recommend them for their very professional, efficient yet friendly service.

Not only easiest site to complete but relatively inexpensive. I had to talk to the fraud dept of my credit card before I could pay for the item which meant I then had to pay £10 for next day delivery because they did not answer the phone the evening enforce! Grrr! But that wasn't the fault of the vendor. The goods have not yet arrived so I cannot comment further than the order.
