Service was very good with plenty of contact regarding the progress of my order. I bought 14 venetian blinds in gloss white. Finish and colour is excellent. Unfortunately, several of the mechanisms are quite clunky and the larger blinds have a little gapping on the same side as the mechanisms when they are completely closed. This is not issue for me as, fortunately those affected are in rooms that we rarely use. However, had those in my lounge (6 blinds) been gapping I would certainly have sent them back.

The blind is well made, however, the prices in my opinion are generally extortionate. The delivery times are also too long and the delivery charges, again in my opinion, too high. That said, it was a relief to find that at least a decent courier was used for the delivery especially in light of recent issues with some couriers as exposed on social media. It’s unlikely I would buy blinds from 247 Blinds in the future as there are equally acceptable blinds available without the huge price tag. Definitely take the trouble to research the options before making a choice. I think there should have been more in the way of updates as to progress throughout.

This company does not have great customer service, poorly worded measuring instructions (they do not want the measurement of blind itself but of the blind including fittings at the top, not mentioned until much later in the fitting instructions and not clearly worded) and delivery and packing procedures also not good as my order ended up at someone else's house despite paying for fast track delivery and the delivery box having been labelled with someone else's details, great GDPR. Have had to chase for the refund of this fee as not received yet.

We have previously ordered several blinds and have always been impressed. In a little while we intended to order three more day/night blinds but following our son’s experience with your delivery company we may now go local. Our son ordered 7 blinds just before Christmas and we were impressed that they were promised for delivery between 4 & 5 p.m. on 6th January. As he was working I took time out to travel to his home and arrived at 3.30. I discovered that Parcel force had tried to deliver at 3.20. A number of call were made to them and they undertook to get the driver to return before 6p.m. but he didn’t. Further calls made further promises made and all broken with no apology (turns out the driver had returned to his depot, about an hour away, by 4.30 and yet Parcelforce were still telling my son they would return that evening. Next thing we know is tracking shows the parcels would be arriving at 8 a.m. on 7th without any reference or return call to my son, their customer. Unfortunately at such notice we were unable to go to the address so we don’t know when we might actually see the property he has paid for. Shop local may be the answer for us. More expense but far less hassle and stress.

The color of the blind was exactly as we had seen on the swatch. No screws with the blind when it arrived and the instructions which said 10 minutes to put up was a joke took over 2 hours. There is a gap between the top of the window and the blind, to try and drill was almost impossible due to lack of space.

Poor communication from the company. Ordered pre xmas whilst their website still showed pre xmas delivery. Due 9 January, turned up 12 January 2015 after having to ring for a third time to check delivery. Blinds arrived - didnt look like the website advert. All beading to attach to the weights arrived tangled in one large mess - took 2 hours to unravel. Were cheap enough, but not brilliant.

I have used 247 Blinds before and they are a great company. It's easy to order the blinds and they always turn out exactly as promised. They use high quality materials and the blinds are made to a high standard. I was as satisfied with this purchase as with the others. The only problem is that 247 Blinds uses City Link to deliver their product and they are consistently abysmal as well as using dishonest staff. For example, on one of the delivery occasions I was in when the delivery driver 'attempted' to deliver the package. I also have a dog that barks like crazy if anyone knocks at the door. However, I found a delivery note pushed through my letterbox saying they'd tried to deliver and no-one was in. On the delivery note, it said that as this was a second attempt to deliver, they wouldn't try again and I would have to pick the parcel up from the depot. When I went, travelling across two towns to get to the depot, they told me that an 'unusual' third attempt had been authorised (without me being informed of this) and my parcel was on a van going to my house. Ridiculous. Whilst I was there, another man was at the depot trying for the second time to find out what had happened to his parcel. He'd been told it had been delivered some days ago and left in his porch. He didn't have a porch. He'd been to the depot once already to try to get to the bottom of this, been told it would be sorted and never heard a thing about it. Come on 247, use another, more reliable delivery service! City Link are dragging down your reputation.

Have had blinds before from here for the kitchen, brilliant quality, ease of ordering, arrived quickly so had no qualms about ordering again for the same kitchen windows. Again arrived quickly, brilliant quality, only snag is they don't fit. I gave the same recess measurements as I had last time, this time they won't go in the recess. After emails going back and forth they offered to pick them up and check them. Today they tell me they are correct and for £8 I can have them delivered back to me. There was no mention of extra payment when they offered to check them. I have no choice to pay an extra £8 for two pair of blinds to be returned to me that don't fit! They take off half a cm off the measurement you give, the ones I had previously have 2cm taken off. Very disappointed as I spent over a hundred pounds on these. Won't make that mistake again. As far as I'm concerned they have made a mistake and are not prepared to rectify it. Money over customer satisfaction. Won't be using 247 blinds again!

Not exactly lighting speed service but arrived within an acceptable amount of time. Reasonably packaged but City Link aren't exactly the most trustworthy in handling goods. The product itself seems okay but do check the colourings first and get a sample. The Ecowood Chenille came up a bit more cream in colour than the picture. More the colouring in the picture of the Ecowood Chenille Satin. For the price you'll like this product though and the sizing was just right from the measurements we provided.

Curtains arrived( very pleased) One thing they do not tell you, Tiebacks are not included. This resulted me having to place another order PLUS pay £6.00 P& P. It worked out rather expensive!

the blinds are gr8 but the reviews from this company are ***** they make it up with non existant customers trying to get businesses to sign up with them just so they can sell advertising space.... dont believe anything by this company they are a bunch of ?

After much research I ordered my roller blind from this company mainly on the strength of the claim on their website that unlike their competitors blinds which were glued theirs were stitched, they further stated that glued blinds had a tendency to come unstuck when in a sunny window. Imagine my surprise when I examined my new blind to find that it was glued and not very well either as there were puckers where it had been joined along the bottom bar. I telephoned the company and asked why they had made an untrue claim on the website, the young lady asked me to hold on while she went and found out why it was glued, on returning to the phone she said that she had been down to the factory and they said that the material I had chosen was not suitable for stitching. I then asked why I had not been informed of this when I placed my order to which the response was that they would refund me in full if I returned the blind but in her experience she had never known one of their glued blinds to come apart. I asked were her company using some special glue that none of the other companies used as they had inferred on the web site that the competitors blinds could fall apart but was saying it was unheard of with 247 blinds. I know I was offered a refund but why should I have all the hassle of returning the blind when my point was that that an untruth had been told to gain customers, the young lady said that she would speak to the Directors about this and ask them to remove this statement from their website. The blind was quite small measuring 140 x 110 cm at a cost of just over £90 in my opinion not cheap. I will stick to John Lewis in future!!

Have not yet had any curtains made as still in process of ordering samples and choosing colours.Great customer service, very helpful etc but whilst samples arrive quickly BEWARE! Some of them don't include all the colours per sample,so you then have to re-order more.

Blinds arrived quickly and good quality for the money. HOWEVER, I bought the ones with cutout squares at the bottom! They were completely skewwhiff!! Took me ages to straighten them all. Shouldn't have been sent out like that!

The stars were for the quality, if they fit they'd be great. I wouldn't have given any for value for money. Useless when don't fit.
