Don't waste your time with this company. NO ORDER COULD BE PLACED Canadians can only order from the Canadian store website which has very small selection compared with US side, prices are 2 1/2 times higher. The company should clarify its policies to Canadian customers. You can't order goods thru the US website for delivery to Canada as the US site won't take a Canadian address postal code, and the help line says they won't / can't deliver to Canada. You can’t order and have a delivery to a US address as you can’t buy with a Canadian credit card because of the postal code issue.

I've been shopping at Newegg for over 10+ years. I've never encountered any issues with them. I'm glad they're member of Shop Runner, I get my products within 2 days via UPS.

"Hey!!! NEW EGG!!!! This is a real customer giving you REAL feedback! You should try making an online order yourself! You make it impossible and filled with unwanted drama. When you split an order...One must REAUTHORIZE the payment for the other part of the split order but you don't say you split the order! How am I the customer, supposed to know? So I lost a day on my next day delivery that I paid for. For 2 orders for about 1500.00 dollars I have FIVE!!!! FIVE UPS tracking numbers arriving on different days!!!!

Warning: Do not order anything from NEWEGG. I ordered Lenovo ThinkPad 43N3423 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache 2.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Notebook Hard Drive. Few days later, I received a Toshiba Internal Notebook Hard Drive with a receipt (printed the Lenovo product that I ordered). I thought Toshiba might manufacture some accessories for Lenovo. I returned the Toshiba product with the reason "The size does not apply to my notebook." A week later, NEWEGG informed me as below: --------------------------- Your RMA (RMA Number: 25016372) return was received and sent to our Inspections Department for closer examination. Unfortunately, the item(s) you requsted for RMA was not what we received. This RMA was issued fpr item 22-502-019 NBHD 500G Lenovo serial number 1S43N3423PBWMM86. We received simalar item but with serial number 32F4P0XHTQK4 , Newegg has not history of this item belonging to Newegg. This item will not be accepted and will be returned. For further assistance, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly to see if they can offer repair or replacement of the item(s) under manufacturer warranty. Please use the following link to find the contact info for any manufacturer whose items we carry: Contact Manufacturer. We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and thank you for your patience and understanding. Since the proof of mistake is held in NEWEGG, they can conduct whatever process they want. Do not buy from NEWEGG or you would probably get NON-NEWEGG something and lose your money. I will not accept this Toshiba something that they ship back to me until they tell me where it came from. There are more negative reviews online. After several communications, NEWEGG still replies that NON-NEWEGG Toshiba something, not my refund, is coming to me.

I have used them for several years and always go there first for tech, I will even a pay a little more because I am used to them. The sad part is if any mishaps happen you are in the dark. Right now I am waiting on a rebate error that I asked for help with. I submitted it about a month ago! maybe the worst support in the world but still if no mistakes happen then it's a good place to save a buck. I also was unhappy with the return policy they should at least help with it.

Newegg is a good store but if I order an item that comes with a company rebate, I usually run into problems. No more sending out rebates for me, only instant rebates, thank you.

I've been using newegg since 2003 i think. i've bought many computers from there and many many more parts over the years. i recently was even able to start a new job where i needed to get a new pc. well instead of buying one, i was able to get the parts and assemble it myself saving about $150 or so. you gotta love newegg's prices, great customer service and even better website. the ONLY downside, is that sometimes the images don't load wanna load. wait a while and they usually start working again.

NewEgg.com is perfect for computer software, hardware, accessories, or parts. The prices cannot be cheaper anywhere else, wow! The items usually ship on time and in perfect condition. The selection and prices though is what sets newegg above the rest. It's always worth reading what past customers have written about items they've purchased too as it gives a really good insight into what to expect.

I placed an order with Newegg and requested rush service and overnight delivery. After 24 hours, it appeared my order hadn't be despatched - even though the website says that if you place an order by 12:00 you can usually get same day shipping. I sent an email and got no response. I phoned and it appeared that the delay was caused by a credit verficiation, but that it had been taken care of and my package would definitely be shipped that day ---- only to receive a phone call later in the day stating that Newegg needed confirmation by phone AND that my product would not ship until the following Monday. I was also informed that my credit card had already been charged and that they would try to refund my $2.99 rush processing fee. I wasn't happy with this poor level of service I feel I received.

I wish that every online business, no every business were run according to www.negegg.com's standards.
I recently had to order some RAM for my notebook to keep it close to current and the selection online was tremendous!
Even for my older notebook, there were so many choices in so many price ranges.
So I ordered the part, the online confirmation said that the part would be to me within 3 to five days. I received it in two days!!!!
not to mention, that the shipping rate was ridiculously low!
Of course, my laptop would not accept this type of RAM, so I had to call newegg.com and have them give me a return authorization number, which they did. I put the item back in the mail to them and received a confirmation email within 3 days stating that my bank account had been credited for the return.
They also did not charge me the $15.00 return fee(re-stock fee) because I also purchased the correct card at the same time I received the return auth.
The new part also got to me in 2 days!!!!!!!!!! VERY pleased and will definitely recommend this website for anyone who likes fair pricing, great serivce, selection and super fast shipping without the superhigh shipping rates!

I completely agree! Most items comes with unbeatable free 2-day shipping. Even Amazon cannot compete with that!
