We (well my wife actually) decided we needed a change of the dining room furniture having had our existing pine dining furniture for over 25 years - still going strong and now residing in various other people's homes. We looked around and having dealt with Pine Solutions in the past decided to order the following items: From the Reclaimed Oak range - 125cm-165cm extending dining table; 6 dining chairs with faux leather seat pad; Chest of drawers 2 + 3; Chest of drawers 4 + 3 and Farmhouse Glazed dresser top. As you can appreciate this all came to a tidy sum and when we placed our order in late January 2014 we were told to expect delivery by mid April, fortunately the delivery was brought forward to mid March. Whilst I paid for assembly of the table the delivery team had no instructions to do this. Additionally the base of the farmhouse dresser top was broken. Whilst I was able to assemble the table with a family friend, we eventually got the farmhouse dresser at the 3rd attempt. Pine Solutions customer service were very good and as a gesture of goodwill gave us a refund of £100 because of all the problems. All the furniture has that incredibly "lived-in" look and family & friends love them and wanted to know where we purchased it from. Hopefully the furniture will last for another 25 years or I may have to move out before then!! The quality of the furniture and customer service from Pine Solutions are second to none and I think they need to sort out more time for their delivery teams so they can do their stuff. I won't mention names but make sure if you do have any problems you speak to or e-mail one of the Team Leaders who will deal sort matters out pretty quickly. In my opinion the overall rating is 4.5

My 2 sons have finally left home so we decided to change the bedrooms around. Just needed a wardrobe & bedside table.Looked on various web sites & read reviews so choose Corona at Pine Solutions. Very pleased with the fast response.The delivery was free & on time on the chosen day.The delivery men polite & friendly. No damage & all the fixtures were there. It did take my husband a good few hours to put together,but as was suggested on another review the instructions were not too good & had to be read carefully And not skipped. Once finished the wardrobe & bedside table look really good & are solid. No complaints at all & I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Bought a filing cabinet. Front of the top surface had obviously been bashed before packing and dispatching. Offered £20 off but preferred replacement which was arranged painlessly. The replacement has obviously suffered a similar sort of damage but the corner has been smoothed off in their workshop, so the front edge corners are different. I can feel on underside where the bash was, as the wood has been bulged out. I think I will call it quits as otherwise it's fine. I see from the reviews I am not the only customer who has received damaged goods.

Happy with the seamless online process, really hope the furniture meets the quality I've seen elsewhere.

Website is easy to use and check out is quick. Using Paypal is about as secure as you can get and free delivery - couldn't be better. I'm Happy.....

More than happy with the quality of the products as I have purchased more than once from Pine Solutions however was a bit disappointed after receiving a "flyer" stating "Free Delivery on every order" to then be charged £25. This maybe because I live in the Scottish Highlands which I appreciate is not aound the corner but free deluivery is free delivery. Howver it would not stop me buying again but delivery charges could be clearer.

I like your website it is easy to use and find what you are looking for and once I decided on a product the online purchase was straight forward, quick and easy. Thanks hope the goods are as successful.

Quick and easy website with all the information i needed. The only fault was that when i was at my shop cart, i decided to look at the reviews for one item i had wanted but it wouldnt take me back to the whole thing when clicking on it, just a quick view. So had to go back to whole section again. Very minor however.

Was an easy process very informative very well described products and is a viewing pleasure on both the ipad and laptop

The site was very easy to understand and use. The detail of the dressing table set that I bought was well written. The only problem I have is with the surcharge. It says since I live in the North of Scotland I will have to pay £25 delivery surcharge - but I don't live in the North of Scotland. I live about 12 miles South of Glasgow where there is no surcharge. Don't understand this.

A very easy browsing site, and simple to use.

Just made my 1st purchase from Pine Solutions and I found the site easy to navigate with clear pictures of all items. I particularly like that you can see if the item/s you want are in stock. The item I have ordered looks like it is of good quality and the price was reasonable to. My only dislike is the fact that even though I live in mainland Scotland (not on one of the Islands or a remote part) I had to pay a £25 surcharge, something I have never had to do before with other online purchases, my only reason for not giving 5 stars.

I have a critical specific requirement for a for my purchase which included H x W x D and finish and was able to select a perfect match from your wide variety. Providing the quality is satisfactory I will be very pleased with my purchase. I have no adverse comments at this time to make.

Service and quality of goods excellant. After researching online and looking around furniture stores, decided Pine Solutions best option, and was not dissapointed. Would reccomend on our experience with company.

I bought 2 of these triple wardrobes.The instructions were in "diagrammatic only" form so there were no full written instructions in English.Nevertheless the diagrams were quite detailed and adequate and good enough to get the job done. I think they needed to be however . I took my time to look at them and unpack all the parts carefully and put all the screws etc into sealable bags. The "screw count" was the largest I have ever done on a self assembly bit of DIY. So it was quite a big project and I put a very large sheet of polythene down to cover the new carpet in the bedroom for which they were being made to protect it from the PVA glue splashes. I would not like to have to move these wardrobes too much so I decided to build "in situ" as much as possible. I think that the product had been modified a bit since the instructions were written as mine came with a solid base whereas the instructions indicated 4 bits of would have to be put together . I spent a bit of time looking for those "missing" bits of wood and then "the penny dropped " that it had been updated : a solid base was better.Overall the quality was good . The plywood back had a clean (no knots) side and a "very knotty" side and I did not spot this at first. I used loads of PVA glue : s small sample was included for the drawers but the way I use it it was about enough for 2 joints!! I did not mind as I am used to being an excessive user of waterproof PVA.Overall the quality was quite good . One crack in a visible area was repaired with PVA and masking tape to hold it in place while the glue set.I took my time with the back panel and used PVA on the plywood and the plastic strips : I found this added a lot of stability to the unit.I lets the units stand for a couple of days before they were put to use. These were not quick units to put together but I felt the result justified the time spent in assembly and were a good solution for a "slightly tricky" bedroom spacewise . I like solid wood and the overall quality was good so I would order again from this company.
