Disney's Port Orleans Resort French Quarter

Nice size rooms. Always immaculate! Very friendly and helpful staff! Staff are exceptional! Resort, accommodation, food all 10 out of 10. I would recommend Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter.

What a great hotel with a fantastic location. The boat stops at the hotel to take you down to Downtown Disney - what a way to travel!! The rooms are great - we had two rooms for a family of four so we were spoilt. The bar area has entertainment which is quite low key and is quality. The shop is really pleasant and has some really good items for sale which are not to expensive.The French quarter seems a lot nicer than Riverside, the pool seems much better and the area is a lot smaller and quieter. I definitely chose the right hotel for me.There is transport from the hotel which allows you to get around Disney which saves you using your car. It is very frequent and very efficiently run.We took out the Disney Dining Plan which although it does seem expensive at first when you look at the cost of meals at California Grill and Citrico's then you discover that you made the right choice. The breakfasts at the hotel, as part of the Disney plan, were excellent as were the main meals which only counted as a quick service.Overall a fantastic hotel at a reasonable cost which contributed in making this the best holiday I have ever had.
