With hindsight, web available treatments always differ for cats as opposed to dogs, and veterinary advice is always to never give human products to a pet. To add insult to injury, price per pot of 360 -- Human £5.99 - Pet £8.39.

“Inconsiderate”

My mum passed away August 2014 We informed everyone she recieved post from and we recieved condolences from all and no more post only simply supplements have continued to send my dad who is 86 post We have sent post back to sender, emailed and phoned numerous times and still the post comes to upset us all My sister stopped her subscription with them and receives no post Go to Holland and Barrett or else where if you want consideration. I will be telling everyone to avoid simply supplements

“Don't Trust Them!”

Having waited a long time for my order to arrive, I subsequently gave feedback on a link they sent me for "Trustpilot". Subsequently I received a message saying Simply Supplements had posted a reply. Well, according to this reply I was out on the three previous occasions they tried to deliver. Very strange because, being infirm, I was at home on all the days mentioned, plus my dogs always bark if someone comes up our drive. So someone's lying here! Of course, you can't post a reply to this nonsense on Trustpilot, but there was an e-mail address for "Suzy" if I was unhappy. Guess what? not a valid e-mail address... Awful company, avoid!

“Still waiting for the post :( ”

I have ordered something from the website and I m living in Moscow , it has been a month for that to reach me, and it's still not here yet, I emailed to ask for tracking number all they answered was no tracking number provided , yet I couldn't check anything with no tracking number , even with my name I wasn't allow to check the availability of parcel and I m not allow to take the parcel without tracking code , pls do something , it's URGENT !!!!

“2 years and counting....”

I ordered dome multi-vitamins etc in late 2010 ( early December), i understand there may have been delays due to the snow and holiday season but i ordered my items well before Christmas. I enquired about this several times but received a vague email. Its August 2013 and I don't think Ill be seeing my money or the products. They even have the nerve to send me promotional letter :/...very cheeky. I was on this site to check the legitimacy of another site i found and thought i may as well contribute some of my own experiences. Lesson learned. I am now very cautious of ordering online, take every review with a pinch of salt.....

“What they dont want you to know”

I have just received tablet form medication from this outfit, the tablets have no manufacturers logo or identity, the packaging does not identify who made them or where they are made. I phoned to check and was told they were unable to disclose this information. So be careful here you are buying at your own peril from a company that refuses to give you validated information about something you are going to ingest into your body

This means that our own branding is displayed, which is standard for private label food supplements. The information provided on our product labels exceeds the requirements of UK legislation.

I can also assure you that all the food supplements we provide are manufactured here in the UK within pharmaceutical grade facilities and to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. I hope you find this information useful.

“BAD BAD COMPANY”

They don't care about you, just your wallet! They will SPAM you with tons of 3rd party marketing trash till the day you die. They do not respect customer requests to opt out of these mass marketing campaigns. They portray an image to exploit their customers and completely disrespect their privacy requests. I would strongly advise going to 'Holland & Barrat' instead as at least they respect their customers and you get what you see. I have spent YEARS now receiving TONS and TONS of marketing brochures from them all while avoiding re-ordering from them and trying to cancel these letters. I have wasted more time and energy trying to dispose and cancel this relentless JUNK MAIL from them and to this day I have still not succeeded. This small price saving you may or may not get is Definitely not worth this treatment. SIMPLYSUPPLEMENTS... Please don't treat your customers like cash cows. We are human beings and appreciate you respect us as such.

I have found them to be highly secret about their products claiming everything is high quality however as soon as you ask for some validation like who manufactures and regulates their products they go silent and refuse to say. Ieave you to draw your own conclusions as to why that might be. I for one will not buy from them again, you just do not know what your putting into your body.

“Still no order received after 5weeks”

Paid several weeks ago for my items. Have phoned 4 times to ask where they are . Was told you need to wait 15 days before they can do anything. That's been and gone over again! I Said for good customer service please resend my order but they won't . I have had to wait a week for a disclaimer form which I returned immediately. Still no goods. I rang yet again and they said they were going to ring me next week to see if the order had yet arrived. 6weeks later. I don't think so. I can't even get my money back as yet. Such awful customer service. I won't be dealing with them again.

“Awful, Don't Bother”

Possibly, one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with online. Ordered goods on 2 separate occasions from them, both times after 14 days, goods had not arrived. Called them and spoke to the same pompous guy, who sounds like a stuck record on repeat. On both occasions I was told goods were out of stock,no apology by the way and once back in stock they would be posted out to me, yet when I purchased and they took my money, goods were showing as being in stock both times. When i questioned the guy on the phone about this he said oh it must be a glitch on the website (yea right) and said he would update to out of stock. I checked the next day and he hadn't it was still showing as items in stock. First order I placed with them took 2 months to arrive and when I decided to give them a second chance, they massively failed again and took 5 weeks to send my goods again. Can I just add that again on both occasions I had e mailed them before I called and all e mails were ignored except for 1 which took them 4 days to reply. Bottom line, once this company has taken your payment, they don't wanna know with anything. Customer service is poor, products aren't that competitive (much cheaper on e bay)and overall service is nothing but a hassle. I am starting to wonder whether this company is also woods health as they are both based in Jersey and their bad servive is identical to Simply Supplements. AVOID AT ALL COSTS......

I am sorry to hear of your experience. We are very concerned about this as we have not had any out of stock issues for almost a year; we replaced our supplier in early 2012 to ensure high levels of efficiency and to meet our increasing order levels for our customers.
We maintain a strict policy to reply to emails within 24 hours, but over the weekend this will be slightly longer. In regards to delivery, if you select the free delivery option then in over 95% of cases your order will arrive within 3-5 working days. However, it is not always the case and therefore if you require your goods urgently, it is advisable to select the express delivery option to avoid any disappointment.
Our company is not based in Jersey; we actually operate out of Guernsey. We are very concerned about this case and we would like to attend to it straight away. Thanks for the comment but as I said I am an ex customer and haven't used your company for a while because of the bad service you offer your customers!!! My goods certainly did not arrive in 3 - 5 days, as I said the first time it took 2 months and the second time it was 5 weeks. I didn't expect my goods to arrive the next day but certainly did NOT want to wait months and then weeks. Sorry but 2 bad experiences with you I would not give any company a 3rd chance.
My e mails were ignored except for one for which if I recall I threatened to contact Trading Standards and that was the only one which was replied to.
If you are claiming you have had no stock issues for almost a year then it was quite clear when you told me items were out of stock, I was lied to by your company.
Thanks for the offer but as I said, I am an ex customer, have no desire to use your company again and certainly do not have the time or inclination to start contacting you again with regard to an old complaint. I just shop elsewhere now where spending my money is without hassle or stress!!!!

Many thanks for your email, I can understand your distress. I have checked your order history, and I do acknowledge that in the time period that you made your orders, that a few of our services were far less efficient than they are today. For example, when you placed an order in 2010 our delivery times were far longer with an average of 5-10 working days (sometimes longer in the deep winter period). I also am aware that you did order a product in Jan 2012 which was of high demand and quickly went out of stock. This out of stock product was unavailable for 5 working days and we did contact those affected at that time with full information.

As a moderate sized company we care very much about each and every one of our customers experiences with us. As a result of this type of feedback from a handful of customers at that time, in early 2012, as mentioned earlier, we invested heavily in new and more efficient suppliers. We also vastly have reduced our delivery times to meet our customers needs whereby products arrive within 3-5 working days in at least 95% of cases. Also at our own expense to help those in need of urgent orders, we now offer an express delivery service that arrives the very next working day. This is at a cost to the company when orders are made over £60.

I do understand that you have had an unfortunate experience with us, and we are extremely sorry for the previous suppliers and delivery services that have let us down. However, now our company offers an efficient and reliable service and we are very proud of how the business has evolved and we do put customers at the core of all our processes and considerations. We do appreciate your feedback and are grateful that you have taken the time to let us know your thoughts.

“Peppermint supplement”

I ordered peppermint from simply supplements. They arrived and when I opened carton to take one I found out they tasted of dried mud . Vile, when I phoned I was told that was what they were supposed to taste like. I was told to return them as long as I had not opened the carton. This company must deal with clairvoyants who can taste the product without opening it. Beware this company has no customer care policy. However if you like throwing money down the drain, it's simply supplements every time.

“I've been scammed!”

It is now four months later and they have sent me a repeat order and taken the money from my credit card without my permission. At no time during my phone call to Simply Suplements did I request a repeat order. “Product NOT Delivered - Dreadful Service - Possible Scam”

I ordered a health supplement almost a month ago and it has not arrived to date; however the amount was deducted from my account immediately via a bank that Simply Supplements use based in Jersey. I have now been requested to complete a lost parcel form that must be mailed back to Guernsey before any further action will be taken. They did NOT state that after all of this nonsense that I would actually receive a refund. It looks like many other people have been through this process only to be offered a replacement and not a refund. I am very sorry to hear of your delay in delivery, we are fortunate that our postal agents do deliver within 3-5 working days in over 95% of cases, however, we are most concerned about the handful of customers (including yourself) who have experienced a delay.

As a result of these delays that have occured, we have now invested in an express delivery system for customers who wish to receive their order the very next day! This is now available currently to all orders over £60 free of charge. As we have a lowest price proposition we would operate at a loss if we were to offer this service to all delivery sizes. However, for smaller orders we will shortly be announcing an option to pay a small charge for speedy delivery.

We always welcome any feedback, and as a modest sized business we are always looking to improve and we can always get better, so we do hope that this investment in our express delivery service will help our customers to receive the very best experience when shopping with us.

However, this does not really answer your current concern in respect of your outstanding order. I understand you have opted for our free delivery service, this should have taken no longer than 3-5 working days and so we are very sorry for your personal delay as it seems you could be one of the few that have been affected by this delay. “Non delivery/insecure website”

Received catalogue,ordered goods on 13th July on Simplysupplements web site. Money went through my account on 15th July payable to Healthy Marketing, a company I have never heard of. When questioned SS had no knowledge of either my order or the payment. Today, 27 July, the goods arrived from a company called Woods Supplements, aka Healthy Marketing. Never having had a Woods Catalogue, we are all unable to understand, if this is a secure site how did my details and card payment, end up with another company??

“very poor service”

Tempted by competitive prices and next day dispatch promise. Terrible delivery times, placed an order on 29th of June and as of today 7th of July I still have not received my goods. Stay away if you need your supplements sooner than 20 days after ordering, as this the period of time it will take to investigate presumed missing goods. VERY DISAPPOINTING INDEED. I would give no stars but there was no option.

“Had to get refund via credit card company”

Adding to my previous review I would like to add that SimplySuppliments would not refund me even though it was their fault for sending goods to the wrong address after initially messing up my original order, after many calls my only option was to file a claim with my credit card company which I was successful. I spent a lot of money with SimplySuppliments over the years but after this I would never use again, I would strongly advise SimplySuppliments to look at the way they deal with their customers.

“Simply Supplements no refund policy”

I have purchased multivitamins from this company for several years. Other than the slow delivery already referred to, I have had no problems. However, whilst taking the most recent supply of this tablets I developed severe and embarrassing stomach problems. I eliminated various things from my diet in the hope of curing this. I noticed at this point that the multivitamins had acquired a most unpleasant odour. I immediately stopped taking the tablets and my symptoms stopped. I then contacted the company to advise them of what I assumed was a faulty batch. I was asked to return the tablets so that they could be "tested". At this point, I indicated that as the tablets were quite clearly faulty, I was entitled to a refund. Several days later I was informed by the company that I was not entitled to a refund as the package of tablets had been opened and I would not be informed of the result of tests. I find both these things bizarre. The law on Consumer Rights states quite clearly that if a product is faulty the company is obliged to give a refund and how can I take their products without opening the package

As you have mentioned you have been a customer of ours for a good number of years and so you are very important to us and I am pleased that you have not had any previous difficulties with the high level of quality of our goods. It is interesting that the problem has arisen after many years of using our products, and that you have had no difficulties before as that particular product has not been altered and still is manufactured under the same rigourous GMP manufacturing process as they always have been. As a company we take these concerns very seriously and I certainly would like to explore your concern further. “After sales utter rubbish”

I have ordered from this company for several years and have not had reason to complain except for the long long time for delivery, but my husband reordered glucosamine sulphate S130 180 tablets 1000 mg from them, and when he started taking them the tablets made him gag, they were not coated and tasted really salty. He had not had this problem before with previous orders. He rang the company and got no satisfaction at all. They said they would replace the unopened tablets but could not replace the opened ones. No one seemed to grasp the fact that until you open them you cannot take them snd therefore would never know there was a problem. He spoke to 3 different people on 3 consecutive days and then I spoke to them and told them I would never order from them again. Still they refused to replace the opened tablets. We are talking about £10.59 here, not hundreds, Holland and Barrett, or any high street shop, would have apologized and refunded the full amount, I am going to send off some tablets for testing and I will be contacting Trading Standards as their literature clearly states that the tablets are coated and they really are not coated. I will NEVER order from then again

I am also saddened to hear that you have been a happy customer of ours for many years until this particular product made your husband feel unwell. We follow strict GMP manufacturing practices and so you can feel rest assured of the quality. However, I am acutely aware that this will not give you too much comfort in your particular case. “DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY”

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS SUPPLIER. As seen on news recently, this company cannot be trusted, check out their contact details, they have no business premises. Check it out on google maps, its an old pub near an airport!!!!!

What new?! I've been using this company for a three years and, apart from 1 late delivery, has always been great. I was interested in your comment that they were in a pub and googled them - looks like their head office is in Jersey and the Guernsey address is their warehouse - how boring! I was hoping that they were in a pub, what a great office to work in! Haha!

We have legitimate premises, we are situated near to the airport in Guernsey, it is only a small island and so you can be forgiven for being confused of its exact location. However, in regards to our company 'being on the news' we have never been on any of the news channels, perhaps you have confused us with another business of a similair name?.
