Sunrise Spas Equinox 7

I have an endeavor tub panels were contacted together from the heat the pieces just started falling off the frame rusted completely around the tub went threw 3 motors 1 spa pack

From the very beginning when the electrician was yelling "turn it off there is water everywhere" as he ran towards the breaker box. One repair after the other for 18 months until Sunrise Spas told me if I pay to ship the spa back to them in Canada, they will repair the spa properly, then I can pay to ship it back to me and for an electrician to hook it back up. No thanks Sunrise Spas! Great warranty!! but I lost enough money buying their defective spas. But from a reputable spa manufacturer.

Nothing but problems. Has been the worst purchase of our 29 years of marriage. Spa has had leak after leak and then the spa overheated so bad that it disfigured most of the jets and the connection to the # 1 pump. When the pool store that sold us the spa bailed on us, Sunrise spas said they would repair the spa if we paid to ship the spa back to them in Canada and then pay again to have it shipped back to New Jersey after it was repaired. I guess I did not believe the spa would come back in better condition than it was when new so we turned down that generous small print offer from this bad company. Buy your spa from a reputable company!

Very happy with my 6 month old tub, we have had40 degree weather and tub gave me no worry. I cannot give a number yet on dollars for efficiency but I think reasonable.
