Don't Deliver On Time, Reluctant To Refund
Paid extra for guaranteed next day. Arrived 2 days late.
Initially offered refund so I ordered from a good local florist on same day and this order fulfilled. Eflorist then went back on their word and refused refund and said would redeliver. What is more I needed it delivered on a special birthday so late flowers were pointless.
You get what you pay for - stick to local florists.

This florist is an absolute fraudI ordered flowers based on the beautiful pictures they advertised, but what was supplied was completely different – cheap, substandard, and nothing like what was promised. It’s blatant false advertising. To make matters worse, there’s zero after-sales support. They don’t care about customer service or resolving issues – they just take your money and run. I will never order from them again, and I strongly and strongly suggest others to avoid this florist at all costs! Even the chocolates and vase was missing.

Bought some flowers for my wife 1st wedding anniversary. Paid £53 for same day delivery. Arrived next day in the afternoon. Small bunch of flowers like a £3:99 bunch from Aldi. Contact customer service who seem to think it’s acceptable. And 4 days 3 days later they still think it’s acceptable even though they are dead. I cannot believe they would be happy if they were for their wives or mothers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and service have asked for the CEO contact information but they are reluctant to give it to me. Maybe everyone should demand it. Tried to upload pictures but couldn’t Please save yourself from heartache as you will be disappointed.

Dreadful Service! Having Entered The Recipient's A
Dreadful service!
Having entered the recipient's address details, the online order form then asked for my own, for which I used the auto fill facility. This overrode the delivery address, which was no longer in view, and only following payment did this error come to light. I messaged Eflorist within 10 minutes of placing the order to rectify the error to be told it cannot be corrected. The confirmation email arrived confirming the delivery address as my own and I thought that all is not lost, the recipient lives nearby, I'll just pop them round when they arrive with me. On the morning of the delivery, I received a message to say that the delivery had failed due to the address being incorrect and that the courier goes by postcode. The first line and postcode of the address the courier received from Eflorist was for my address, with an additional line of the recipient's address in-between. If what they report is correct, the postcode and first line should have been sufficient for a successful delivery, however, instead they refused to redeliver or refund. Lesson learned and I shall buy local in future.

Received a bouquet sent by a friend on the loss of my pet, had a small bottle of bubbly & small box of chocolates, the flowers went rotten less than 12hrs after & the box of chocolates if you can call them that had 3 round thorntons in it!!
She complained and I got another delivery but same happened again!!
Fast forward to yest.. on another recent loss another friend sent me a bouquet,.delivery driver dumped them over another gate half a mile past me!! Again 12hrs later all rotten and wilting.. ive had better flowers from tescos lasting 2wks!!!!

The flowers arrived rotting away and damaged. I emailed a complaint with photos and was told the flowers were fresh, a good colour and to value. The response was obviously a standard copy and paste. They said they were unable to pursue my complaint. Terrible company.

I Will Never Use Eflorist Again!
I will never use eflorist again.
The delivery service was poor.
The customer service was poor.
My reasons:
1. I never received tracking info until 2 days after delivery) so never knew on the day if my flowers had been delivered
2. They were delivered actually but left on the doorstep in full sun, possibly all day, so were in very poor condition
3. The chocolates had also melted because of point 2.
4. There was no card with the flowers so my mum didn’t know who they were from.
5. The only resolution offered by your ‘customer service’ team was to email the card 2 days later. Very poor.
All in all all a very bad experience, I will not be using eflorist again.

Delivered Dead Flowers
We have just received a delivery of flowers from eflorist. Delivered by amazon. We opend the box and nearly all but one flower was dead and all the petals are dropping off. I ordered two bunches. One was delivered today and the other should be delivered tomorrow. I am trying to cancel tomorrow's order. If they have the audacity to send dead flowers out today, I can't see tomorrow being any better. I have got to try and order some more flowers from a company that has standards and checks their items before sticking it in a box. Terrible

If I Could Give 0 Stars I Would!
Ordered a £40 bouquet for a friends birthday. I was absolutely mortified by the picture sent me on its arrival. I went to complain but the website recommend waiting 24-48 hours for the buds to open.
So I waited
There are no buds opening and unless flowers also multiply they will never in a million years look like the photo. This is a total marketing fake what this company is doing!
I have tried to complain and asked a for a replacement but got nowhere.
Please don’t use them, you’ll only be disappointed

Received In Appalling Condition
I have just had a box containing a bouquet from you and have taken photos of the condition of some of the flowers. The other flowers are definitely not of the finest quality – I could purchase roses that are tighter buds from any local supermarket!
To say we are disappointed is an understatement, not least because friends made the order in good faith that quality items would be despatched and received.
I don’t intend to mention this to those who made the purchase as I wouldn’t want them to be disappointed on our behalf.
Nothing to recommend the bouquet.
Unable to make contact with the company; only useless automated system.

I am still waiting for the delivery of my valentine flowers. I have sent them 3 emails and have had no reply, I have tried phoning and no reply. I am not happy with their service and am now in wonder to their service. Are they a real florist?
I used them and they delivered dead flowers to my friend. Left a review saying as much, they replied on this site saying they are sorry and would be in touch. Yeah right they never got in touch and I doubt very much that they are even sorry. I will never use them again. There can be no excuse for delivering dead flowers.
