“Worse than disappointing”

This is, to my knowledge, the first time I have used eflorist and I must say, never, EVER, again. With competition so fierce, I'd have thought online florists would compete to give better value for money, not less. Frankly I am embarrassed and appalled having just seen a picture of the miserable bunch of flowers I sent my sister for her 80th birthday. “Unimaginably poor service and feeble excuses!”

Ordered bouquet online and included note saying something special but note was not delivered so recipient had no clue who 8it was from. Phoned eFlorist but the reaction was totally unsympathetic and they said there had been a card under the address label (not true) but a card inside with the flowers costs extra (not explained on website but ridiculous anyway!) “Miserable flowers, poor service”

I ordered two bouquets to be sent to the same address. They came from different florists. One was fine, the other was pathetic. I would have got better quality & value for money in a garage forecourt. They were nothing like the picture & by the second day they were drooping & smelling. Eflorist would not entertain my complaint without a photo. When I asked my daughter in law to take a photo, she was very embarrassed to admit she'd had to throw them away. Discomfort all round. Do not buy from them! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife’s workplace as we were celebrating 2 years marriage and her birthday as well. Simply put, flowers did not arrive on time. She came home from work with no flowers and I made a fool of myself. Deed is done. After I talked with them and explained, they wouldn’t even consider a refund following the situation they’ve put me in. They offered a replacement flowers which was again delivered 3 days late and even in a worst condition than the previous. I ordered the WOW bouquet of flowers for my mother in law as a thank you. I was dismayed when I saw the one delivered - instead of a beautiful and vibrant bouquet in pinks, lime green and purples with some unusual foliage and her favourite flowers it was mostly orange, cheap filler flowers and looked like it had been thrown together. Flowers ordered as a surprise with plenty of notice. Delivery not until 8.00pm! Bouquet received was nothing like the item description, very little quantity of blooms, mostly greenery, and the flowers died with 3 days. I ordered the princess bouquet at a cost of £29.95. This was for a special anniversary gift . I saw these flowers one day after them being delivered and was absolutely disgusted with the size and quality of them . I could've bought better from a supermarket at a cost of 3 pound not nearly £30 . “Worst flowers i have ever received”

Receiving the flowers which were delivered two days late, even though my son paid extra for same day delivery, when delivered the flowers were squashed, battered and wilting. The customer service was very poor, we do not recommend. Does anyone know of an association that this can be reported to. I cannot believe there are any good reviews on here for this company.
