they sent a different figure than the one ordered then had the cheek to accuse me of ordering the wrong one. one item was broken in its box and another expensive terminator endoskelation was luckily not damaged but was thrown out of its plastic and squashed into a corner in its box. they dont collect items from you nor sent you freepost labels for returns like most stores do but expect you to pay £5 or £10 postage yourself then you just keep your fingers crossed that they will refund you the postage costs and the damaged or incorrect items they sent you. i gave up in the end,glued the arm back on on the broken figure, gave the incorrect item as a present to someone who was very happy with it and resolved never to use such a customer unfriendly company again theres plenty of other stores selling the same goods at the same or cheaper prices so it isnt worth the hassle of using them.

Items arrived within 2 days, despite notice saying they would be between 3 - 5 days so extremely ahappy with that.

Had email came in to confirm purchase. Then I gotanother to say they were processing my order. A dayt later I got another email sdaying the stuff had been sent and was on the way. They arroved next day in thw morning in a box in mont condition =- fabulous packaging.

I will defo use them again for all my action figure purchases.
