I brought tickets to see David Haye at the 02. The face value of the ticket was £90 but I ended up paying £110 this is because on the official 02 website they had only upper tier seats, which I don't think it's a good view to watch boxing from. So I didn't mind paying a little extra to get good view seats. The only downside to this I would say is the booking fee is ridiculous it's around £50! Overall I had a good experience no problem with my tickets or anything.

I purchased a ticket for Kevin Bridges show in Glasgow back in March, paying more than double the purchase price. I was happy to do this, as it was a birthday present for my partner, and the seats were excellent. My happiness turned to shock and horror when 1week before the show I was notified the tickets were unavailable. The alternative offered was a poor comparison and unacceptable to me. Fortunately team leader  came to my rescue and within 24 hours a very lovely sourcing assistant (sorry, I didn't get your name), contacted me with alternative tickets in a perfect location. I am very happy, thank you.

I was kept updated right the way through from confirmation of booking until my tickets had been dispatched. This was reassuring as I had booked them months in advance. “Disappointed with self-print tickets but The Vamps...”

Its an unfortunate sign of the times that as soon as tickets become available they are snapped up by people with no intention of attending the concert, rather they aim to sell on their tickets at rip-off prices in this legalised touting. I can live with that but when I received my tickets, they were self-print tickets on A4 pieces of paper so until we actually got through the door I had no confidence that the tickets were genuine and not just re-prints. That aside I was taking my daughter and step-daughter to see their favourite band The Vamps and I thought they were really good. The venue (Manchester Phones 4 U) is a fantastic arena and we had decent seats where the view and sound was excellent. The support acts were OK including Luke Friend, but the Vamps themselves were full of energy and spirit. They seem like a talented bunch of lads and for such young fellas, handled the arena and the event brilliantly. There was a lot of screaming, but in a good way!

Was disappointed at the high increase in price, but pleased to "get in". Would recommend this sight if u've left it a bit late to book. It was easy to navigate and pay etc and tickets arrived quickly.

I saw the Sting and Paul Simon Concert advertised the day that tickets were released. When I looked online for tickets through the O2 the best tickets I could find were basically rubbish. You would need binoculars to see the stage. I went through GETMEIN and was promised tickets in block A row K which is directly in front of the stage and 11 rows back from the very front. I bought a block of 4 tickets seated together and paid almost £500 a ticket - serious money but it was a concert that I really wanted to see and I would not tolerate a poor seat. I have to say that GETMEIN delivered exactly as they promised. The tickets arrived a couple of weeks before the concert and were precisely what I had ordered. So I can have no complaints about GETMEIN. They did exactly what they promised.

superb concert, only spoilt by the size of the video screens, we were in row u and had a job to see from that high up, such a shame, if they had been bigger like Wembley arena I think we would enjoyed it better, never the less a great concert with an excellent proformance's by both Paul and Sting, the age thing did not matter both excelled in our opinion, we are considering flying to Auckland to see it again

I found the get me in website really easy to use and a wide selection of different seats were available to choose from! As well as different dates being available to choose from! The prices were more than face value as expected, however the prices on line were fair and affordable! The payment was easy to make and the tickets arrived shortly afterwards and I felt get me in was a very secure And safe way to purchase tickets! I have used get me in before and would use get me in again.

This was my 1st time using the GETMEIN! site and i was pleasantly surprised. The site was very easy to use, with handy price comparrison columns. The list also included hidden costs like swrvice charges etc so you could see what really was the cheapest ticket. I would definitely recommend the website.

Never used the site before and was a bit anxcious but it was simple and easy to use. It was straight forward to search for the tickets i wanted and linked to a map of the venue so i could see where i would be sitting. Tickets turned up via courier when they said they would and i am one very delighted customer and would use again and recommend

Got great Paloma Faith tickets, expensive, but perfect birthday treat for family! Searched for tickets and had a good choice of venues and dates for this sold out event. Prices are set by sellers so I guess the cost is no reflection on Get Me In. There wasn't anything I didn't like apart from the steepness of the price considering the face value - but Get Me In does give the face value and its made clear. Its what I had to pay to go to a sold out event. No problems at all with Get Me In - used lots of times and always good to deal with, efficient and safe online experience. Do I recommend Get Me In - yes. I will use them again. I have also sold through them when we were unable to attend an event. That was fine also.

“amazing event and experience we all loved it”

We were very close to the stage and meghan trainer was amazing, the bouncers were a little rude towards my little sister but it didn't effect our night we still all had an amazing night and I would recommend to a friend, the only down side to the evening was that the main act was only on stage for an hour and a half but she is a new artist and only has 1 album out so it was understandable but it was an amazing experience.The only thing I would of liked to of known before I made my purchase is that I didn't realise that the acceptance email took a long time to come through to the extent the money went out of my bank and I had to contact you for my conformation email.

We still haven't received our tickets from getmein for the take that concert this sunday 18 june not sure what to do or what we can do, we feel so upset and angry because we so wanted to go to original concert and this one because of what it represents, but still awaiting tickets had several email promises from getmein but nothing materialise.  Did anyone else have this problem?

Problem with their website meant I received an error message, and I didn't think order had been processed. No confirmation email, so tried again. Same problem, and still no email, so tried a more reliable trustworthy website. However, when I checked my inbox for confirmation, I had 3 email, 2 from Getmein confirming my order, and one from the other website. Contacted Getmein to cancel and explain problems with website, but they don't want to know; they insist order is valid, and accept no responsibility for faulty website. Raised dispute with credit card company, but will never use Getmein again, and will tell no-one else to either. Any one had problems being billed for orders they thought hadn't gone through?

Good luck! I was let down badly by Get Me In but have recently purchased tickets on Seatwave with success. Both of these ticket resale sites are part of (owned by?) Ticketmaster. Strange that shortly after tickets go on sale with Ticketmaster literally hundreds appear on these resale sites at inflated prices. It's not fair on the fans and the government should do something about it!!!

I had the same problem and I could not get a phone number. I exchanged loads of e-mail with them. In the end the tickets never arrived and they denied all responsibility. I complained tirelessly and was eventually told to write to this guy below but I never did. Looking at feedback from similar situations I could not be bothered, they are just not intererested. Don't panic. I have ordered from Get me In on a few occasions and have never been let down. Sometimes the promoters/organisers don't release the tickets until one week before the event so there is still plenty of time for you to receive them.

I put tickets up for sale then cancelled them as my daughter decided she wanted to go for her birthday, unfortunately I didn't cancel them properly according to get me in. I haven't noticed any of the emails as they went to junk mail. My question is will I be charged for this error and if so how much? I've emailed customer support and they said contact me back in 5 days, I don't have 5 days to wait as the concert is this Saturday. I don't want to upset my girl and tell her she can no longer go as it was a mistake, but I need to know if this will cost a fortune.

The same thing is happening to me, forgot to cancel and they sold. If they have been sold then you can be charged up to 150% of what they paid for your tickets and unfortunately the customer support team is awful at getmein, so I doubt they'll be much help, the cheaper option that I'm doing is to continue with the sale and try and buy more tickets for the event

Sometimes the venues don't send the tickets out until a couple of weeks before and the original purchaser will send them to you at this point. I've made up a mock ticket before and wrapped this up so that they can still open something and see what they are going to.

When you buy tickets on Get Me In, the arrival date depends on when the seller sends out the tickets. It could be anything up to a week before the event. I ordered tickets in February for a gig in December and they arrived at the beginning of June. If you have any contact details for the seller, you should get in touch but other than that, you can never be too sure as to when they will arrive. You could go on Moonpig or Funky Pigeon and make a card that tells them they're going.

I bought park life tickets 2 months ago, I had an email to say they would come first class 2 weeks before the event. I had a reminder email but its pretty much a week to go and they haven't sent me a email or any tickets, should I be worried? What do I do?

I would call them. We had a similar problem with jls tickets and turned out the ones if brought were not available. However I phoned and was offered alternative tickets and a refund of 10% so all worked out ok in the end but might have been a different story had I not rang when I did. Hope it works out ok for you.

I bought tickets for russel Howard and the gig weren't for about a 10 months at the time I bought them but as you have mentioned they keep you informed and let you know we're they are and that they will be with you shortly we revived our tickets 3 fmdays before the event and was reassured by get me in that would be the case I was worried my self but sure as there word they arrived and I was very happy with the way they dealt with them I was informed when they left and when they were on van and could track them so rest assured you will get you're tickets in time.

Hi, I have used this site a few times and I always get my tickets on time at least a week prior to the event. The seller only gets paid 10 days after the event, I think this is so that if you don't get your tickets, GetMeIn can refund you. I would suggest that you maybe pay with a credit card just to be on the safe side, but I have never had any problems on here and I have bought and sold tickets.

Never bought tickets from a middle man before so maybe i was naive to pay over 200 quid for tickets worth about 90, but they arrived today and are just an A4 print of an eticket. So what's to stop the seller copying them and selling the same seats to other people through other websites? I'm just worried we will turn up on the night and the tickets will have been scanned by someone else using a copy of them.
