For a family party of 20, responsible and just from the theatre, the maitre'd was uninterested (unless you were obviously a favoured customer), the restaurant only appeared interested in taking our money, they over-charged, we inexplicably had to pre-book the courses weeks beforehand and they didn't offer any warmth or friendliness. Having come from Wakefield for the evening, we're less than impressed and we really wish we'd seen a review beforehand - we wouldn't have gone. Thanks - writing this has helped.
