I was sold a decorative pot of 2 cyclamen, (1 of many on display), and I was unaware that there are no holes in the base - hence watering is impossible! When I contacted the nursery, I did not receive an apology for their inadequacy in potting, nor was I asked if it would be convenient to return it - the response was "JUST BRING IT BACK". The manager was just as unhelpful, and I would never visit there again if I unfortunately had not been given a gift voucher which I have not yet spent. I will make it known to the family that it is not worth another visit.

Visited Keydell, the size of the nursery and variety of products are immerse. Therefore expected the tea room to be of similar standard. How wrong could I be. The cakes looked sad and very unappealing, as did the hot food. Despite the hefty price of an egg mayonnaise sandwich encapsulated in a plastic container at £3:50 we took a chance. Biting into it revealed it was actually frozen. The assistant advised some packs were pushed to the back of the display fridge. I didn't think that response was acceptable and did get my money back. I would never visit again due to cost and quality of food.
