A nice, simple hotel, clean, very friendly staff and a good location, calculating the size of New York, also the price was very affordable, given the level of the other hotels in the area. I recommend it to all young people who decide to visit the Big Apple, it is perhaps not too suitable for families.

Dirty, dated rooms well past their sell-by date. With the exception of the Reception and public areas, the whole shabby place needs renovating. Very noisy location and difficult to sleep. Plumbing incredibly noisy - you can easily tell when any other guests are using the toilets; sink ubends need disinfecting! Some staff helpful; others quite surley! One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. On checking out discovered that many other UK visitors had also been allocated dirty, sub-standard accommodation and were also very unsatisfied and would not return or recommend this hotel.
