Maspalomas, Turbo Club

I had my holidays with my friends on the 3rd Septemeber 2012. The weather was 32 degrees!

I went for holiday with lowcostholidays which is a great, well organised agent. There was no need to any contact with the agent directly as all paperwork and clear instructions were sent on time.Transfer buses always punctual and air conditioned.

TURBO CLUB is my favourite club now and I loved the holidays.

Rooms were clean like in a hospital, cleaners were checking the level of cleaning by checking glasses for fingertips, the tables were being moved to mop at the back of each cupboard.Every single frame of the window was cleaned. I was positively shocked with the standard.Towels changed 3 times a week.After each cleaning, the supervisor was checking the rooms again. The rooms were tidy and nice.

The most amazing thing, 2 pools next to your bungalow doors. Lovely feeling, you wake up and got a pool you can jump into. Pool opens from 10 am though and closes at 6pm - could be a bit longer. Sundbeds around the pools, you could lie and do nothing, anjoy the sun and wait for your next meal :)

The cuisine was AMAZING! I loved the cook! There was a buffet for your breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner. Light, non fat cuisne, different fish every day, non fat meat, lovely fresh salads, it tasted really good. You could think it is a diet food, but you could eat as much as I could and did not feel hunger but be still light. Drinks available from distributors and the bar, any drinks you want, wine, beer, alcoholic drinks, juices, fizzy drinks etc. I really liked Pina Colada.

Reception was amazing, every single thing was being sorted. No single request was overlooked. Carmen working at the receptions is fantastic!

Bar and kitchen staff are also fantastic. The girls were working I dont know for how many hours, more than 14!!! and they were always smiling, nice and chatty cleaning after meals, serving drinks in a bar. Miriam was a favourite girl of my son who loved her.

Animation was AMAZING, Tracy was working almost all day and night to entertain adults and kids, many activities available like : shooting, aqua aerobics, bingo at night, games, ping pong, a lot of music. The girl is just an ENERGY BOMB!!! Julia was amazing as well, entertaining kids in the nursery, having many games, nad organising mini disco for kids to dance and play. Lovely girl!

I would recommend Turbo Club everyone with kids and without kids. Amazing place to relax, eat, and get a tan and have always someone to look after your kid well.

It was our first all inclusive holiday, the 5th in the Canaries.All the 2 pools are excellent.Great place for kids. Kids disco every day.Free shuttle bus 3 times a day to the beach always on time. The food was very good too. I would go back next summer.
