So I'm at the end of week 1 of Closer Diets which is run by Tesco, and under the latter name, this is the second time I've done this diet. There is a choice of meal plans and you can swap between them so that's flexible. I will come back in a few weeks and comment on its overall success but first time round I lost a stone so should be good. People talk in their reviews about the fees.
