Gardens Are Beautifully Kept, Interesting Collecti
Gardens are beautifully kept, interesting collection of animals, keepers are very knowledgeable and there are demonstrations throughout the day. This is a great place for kids.
Our experience was spoiled by over officious parking attendants who think drivers are unable to park in a sensible manner without explicit instructions, why, on a hot day is it not possible to park in the shade of a tree?
The restaurant also was very disappointing, poor, expensive food and once again an inflexible, unhelpful attitude from staff. A request for a yoghurt on it's own rather than in a kids lunchbox was abruptly refused, why?

Restaurant, good washrooms, friendly and helpful staff. Disabled friendly with good paths, a good place for school visits with lots of space for children to run around.
