Girls travelled to West London from Sevenoaks to do personal course on a date that suited them.

Really good information from Ultimate Gap Year (Safety Training). Anyone heading off alone should do this kind of thing as it may just save your life. They were really knowledgeable about my travel plans and made me feel much more confident about going to South Africa.

I'm planning my Gap Year to China and my parents were doing my head in nagging me to do this training course with Ultimate Gap Year the course was pretty boring really but did teach me some useful stuff I hope and maybe I will be really grateful come next year
