I ordered a desk several months ago from this company. After waiting 2 weeks and the tracking number they supplied still did not work, I attempted to contact customer service. Their phone number goes to an automated message that does not allow you to connect to a live person, and the emails I sent took weeks to get a responce which was just a form letter thanking me for my purchase. I am currently working with my credit card company to reverse the charge. Stay away from this company if you don't want to get scammed.

Desks looks great in my office and it arrived in less then a week, flawless experience.

What customer service - nobody ever answers the phone or replies to emails, so I think those wonderful reviews are fake and posted by the company. I tried calling to see when my desk was going to arrive and to verify the shipping address so many times and got no one. The desk arrived with broken parts, even though I really like the desk I need replacement pieces and no one is getting back to me. If they don't contact me soon, I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

Bought a desk for my daughters room, she wanted a purple desk and this was the one place that actually had one. It got to us pretty quickly and was a snap to assemble, very happy with the order and my daughter loves it!

We ordered 6 office chairs and desks for out new location, all the items arrived in a very timely manner and the quality of the products exceeded are expectations, we will buying more office furniture from them for our next office very soon and will definitely recommend Comptuerdesk.com to others.

This company uses deceptive practices to get you to order from them. They claim that items are available when they are not. Next they send you multiple delay notices and then it goes to back ordered. If you call customer service they give you the run around and lie about your order. Sooner or later this deceptive practice will catch up with them. I will never be ordering from them again.

For all of you reviewers who expressed that they had a good experience with their customer service...seriously? This company has the most abysmal customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a desk from them over 2 months ago. I still have not received it. It takes them at least a week to respond to my emails and I have to email them two or three times to get a response. At one point, after they had ignored 3 consecutive emails I finally just I called them and left a message with my cell phone number. They never called me back. Finally I just contacted American express to chargeback. Guess what, they contacted me immediately saying they would ship it right away. Even though I was furious with the company and didn't want to give them my business out of spite, i figured it would still be easier for me to just continue with the order rather than deal with the chargeback and order from another company so I told them to ship it asap. I then emailed computerdesk.com, and asked for a tracking number. Guess what...STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM!

Nice selection, we ended up buying a few chairs as well. Everything arrived fast and we were very satisfied. Will buy from again.

We purchase 4 desks for our new office, it took about 15 minutes and the desks arrived in about a week. The customer service rep was very helpful. I would recommend them to a friend.
