I am currently studying the Level 3 Diploma in Clinical Sciences. I haven't dealt with customer services directly but I got my materials through ok, though took about a week for my to receive the e-book version. For an equivalent to an A Level, I find this course fairly basic and thought it would go into more detail. I have had to do a lot of researching myself and looking things up on Wikipedia. I don't mind that so much, but it seems a bit of a joke considering I paid nearly £400 for the course. I guess I am really just paying for the qualification. Also, the materials that I do have are poorly written in some instances, including some really basic typos, it's clear the materials haven't been proofread before being dished out to people. For an education institution this is kind of shocking. Otherwise, I've had no problems with the course and feel fairly confident about doing the exam as it's multiple choice, though I do worry that things might crop up in the exam which aren't covered by the basic material covered in the course.
