I Moved From Super Bikes To Harley's By Pure Chanc

I moved from super bikes to Harley's by pure chance. Walked into Slough HD with a friend who was interested, and fell in love with the Rocker C. The bike is fabulous in terms of road presence, the weight took a while to get used to , but now its weight is the greatest advantage on long open road journeys. City riding is a little tougher with less options for manoeuvring around London city during rush hour...but then you cant have everything. The bike is a joy to ride, and I cant find enough time to be on it....every chance I get I'm on the bike. Using it to commute in the mornings is an expensive joy. Modded the bike in multiple ways, new mirrors, stage 1 exhaust system, new seat, dropped suspension, etc etc. Overall the bike is awesome.

The First Harley I've Owned And I've Not Had An Is

The first Harley I've owned and I've not had an issues, problems or failures of any kind. The dealership network is superb and will always help where they can, the engine is amazing with plenty of noise and low down grunt and the paintwork (mines in Crimson Red Sunglow) looks beautiful. I've had no problem with peeling chrome at all but keeping the wheels from oxidising is a pain and requires constant attention. Yes it's expensive to buy and dealing with mini roundabouts on UK roads can sometimes be a challenge but overall it's a very good bike. To say it has no road presence is just plain wrong. The number of people who compliment the bike speaks for itself. Would recommend 100% although inexperienced riders may find the weight a problem.

I Absolutely Love My New Rockerc. It Has Been Rel

I absolutely love my new RockerC. It has been reliable, a lot of fun to ride, easy to ride and I think it looks great. I like the simple yet attractive chopper lines, the 240 rear is awesome and the finish is great too. The pillion seat is not something I like or plan to use but will replace the overall seat with a Danny Gray Custom and a gel insert. I,m getting failure in the speedo seal causing condensation but my dealer plans to replace it in the spring. After 7 mo, it's still the Harley I would have chosen. Ride on!

Ive Had My Rocker C For Just Under 2 Years And Its

ive had my Rocker C for just under 2 years and its my 2nd Harley (Dyna before). Initially i really liked it and i got it a bit cheaper due to being a demo model. After 7 months my clutch broke..after 8 months my rear brake seized up and i needed a new rear master cylinder.. after 8 months the rear suspension started leaking and sticking. the reart tyre was dead after 4000 miles.. chrome parts literally flaking off.. Left fork seal gone a few months ago.. Bubbling of paint around the edges of rear fender.. rust in the welded corners of the frame..wheels starting to stain/flake. THE LIST IS ENDLESS!!!! AND the fnny thing is that guess what... this bike is in a dry garage and hardly ever seen the rain and a poxy 8000 miles on the clock.

Its like watching a cube of sgar disolving in water. I live on the coast so the humidity is pretty higher but still. I have just sold the piece of sh*t and ill never go back to a harley again. My old 1999 dyna wasnt gold but hell it never had the problems this show off poser bike had.. enjoy

Received Delivery Of The Rocker C In April 2008, O

Received delivery of the Rocker C in April 2008, ordered in July 2007. Was the wait worth it - YES IT WAS. Ride it at every opportunity. Rides well and looks fantastic. A little more care needed when negotiating corners due to the length and width, smaller lean angle, but who wants to go fast on such a machine, want people to see it, yes you can call me vain but I don't care, having too much fun. For all those out there who criticise the pillion seat, buy a fat boy.

Okay Im Back. See My First Review Below - Now Her

Okay Im back. See my first review below - now here is my follow up. After my clutch failed at 3000 miles the Harley Dealer said "dont worry we fixed it its all okay now and heres the bill for 50% of the cost. The bill was £360.00 and they wanted me to foot £180.00. I wasnt happy!! I said to send the bill over and i would pay it. They knew I was not happy though and later called me back to say "Dont worry Its On Us". So top marks to Oxford Harley Davidson. Thank you!

Top marks to Harley Rocker C 2009. Cant wait to get you back tomorrow!!

Had My Rocker 4 Months And Clutch Has Failed At 30

Had my Rocker 4 months and Clutch has failed at 3000 miles.

Not too impressed with that. Clutch plates have burnt out. Its not a warranted repair. I am in negotiation with the selling dealership over who foots the bill. I am new to bikes, new to Harley and now wondering if I have bought a duff bike??? Hope that the dealer comes good. When it broke down the bike was recovered to another dealer who said that the clutch was never set up correctly which may have caused it to fail. The selling dealer disputes that they are at fault. Anyhow - I've shed out 20K so far for my Harley Experience (Live The Dream)and my Garage is empty - no ride.

Every Thing About Is Good. I Wanted Something That

Every thing about is good. I wanted something that had more rake and a big fat back tire. Got it at Goe Harley in Angleton, TX. I think it needs a stage 1 Screamin Eagle breather and some Vance & Hines big radius shoties. That'l do it for me. And I ' m putting on an exotic. Covered leather seat off of a Rocker to lower it a bit.

Although Quite Expensive And With A Silly Pillion

Although quite expensive and with a silly pillion seat, this is awesome fun and a REAL blast. Rides and handles like no other. As good as a Fatboy but with different cornering capabilities. Willing and throaty engine. Must go for Vance and Hines stage 1's or Screamin' Eagle aftermarket exhausts to beef it up. Great looks and paint. Needs nothing else but a good thrashing from time to time. Just brilliant fun. Can't get enough!
