£500 Fitted And Balanced At Kwik Fit Feb 09

£500 fitted and balanced at kwik fit feb 09 and got 26000 miles out of them and love these tyres, originally i had the pirelli P7 which give great grip but wore really quickly. Whereas the Michelin P.Ex are a harder tyre so lasted longer and i drove these hard, but a lot of motor way miles, in the wet they give great grip to make you feel safe at high speeds. Also they will also last longer if you keep them to right psi to help the ware. Went into K.Fit today for my 2nd set and they wanted £780 until i said what i had got them for before so they're going to match it again. Costco specialize in michelin if you want a good deal. At the end of the day if a company wants your business make them work for it!

Michelin Pilot Exalto 2s Are The Only Tyre I've Ev

Michelin Pilot Exalto 2s are the only tyre I've ever fitted to my car, so I can't give comparisons but what I can say is the car handles amazingly with them. Even in the wet, which is tradionally not Michelin's strong point, they grip and give you confidence.

I Require A Slightly Unusual Size Of Michelin Pilo

I require a slightly unusual size of Michelin Pilot Exalto tyres (205/50 R17) which not only makes them hard to find but even more expensive. The fronts do around 25K and the rears 50K miles. At 50K miles all four need replacing, and I can't a set of four for less than £600 (Blackcircles.com). If only they were cheaper, it'd be no contest.

Very good tyre - 205/55R16. Would use again if I had the same car (sold recently) Better than most and felt safe while driving, regardless of weather conditions. Have never compromised on tyres and will go for quality and performance over cost. Michelins ARE expensive but are very good tyres, this one is no exeption.
