Paid for phone and the phone got lost when transporting to a different state in Australia. Admitted mistake but refuses to return money or deliver phone. Near impossible to get through the call center and never returns calls or emails. Now I have to go through a long and drawn out process with credit card company and consumer protection and possibly a small claims court to get the money back, with no guarantees. WILL NOT HONOUR YOUR PURCHASE/CONTRACT.

Terrible company. i got the code quickly but it never worked. i would repeatedly get the message "code error; please wait ...". i have phoned them and no one ever answers. i left a message, no one has returned my call. terrible service i will never again visit this website and will warn people of this scam. i wish i had read more reviews before doing business with this terrible company. BE CAREFUL, FDIN A DIFFERENT WEBSITE

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Wish I was here before and read about this scam site. Paid $22.95 AUD in order to unlock my LG mobile. After two days an unlock code was email which turned out to be FAKE. Tried to contact through support center and was asked to provide video proof. So, a video evidence sent to the seller. But even after waiting for several days, there's no answer at all from seller's side. Be aware of this fraudulent SCAM WEBSITE!!

If I could give UniquePhones (unlocking.com) a zero I would. In my opinion this organization is a fraud/scam and I only wish I had checked reviews before spending money. Every day, they adjust their status page to push the delivery date out another day or two. You'll never get there. Minimal and bad service and the only way you'll get a phone number is through the New York BBB that rates them "F". They never answer the phone anyway. If you really read their T's and C's, you'll see that they owe you nothing unless you send them videos, pictures, etc to keep stalling you. I wouldn't believe any positive ratings here as they may be from "shills". Kiss your money goodbye. Too bad more people (like myself) don't do enough due diligence before sending $$$ and sending credit card information to them.

I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with Unique Phones.
I purchased a unlock code for my blackberry. They promised a 'premium' service which will deliver my code within 24 hours. The code did not arrive until after 7 days later. I canceled my purchase because it didn't arrive after 3 days, but they said I can't cancel and get refund because I agreed to the terms. But they did not comply to their terms with the '24 hours premium' service. After I canceled it, the codes arrived. I entered both codes they provided, and it DIDN'T WORK. I emailed customer service more than 10 emails to get my refund, and they said they refunded but I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND. I had to go to my bank to check but they said no refund was made by Unique Phones. I emailed them again about this matter, after 5 emails and arguments, THEY SAID IF I'M NOT SATISFIED I CAN EMAIL A COMPLAINT. How rude is that? I called their phone numbers but NO ONE PICKED UP. I emailed the complaints department more than twice BUT NO REPLY. I take this as my loss and I WILL NEVER PURCHASE CODES FROM THEM.
Customer service is extremely bad and rude. Sometimes they don't even reply your email after several emails.
I am shocked at their terrible service and definitely angry with their rudeness. No apology from them since the first email. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Probably a fraudulent company. They will not refund my money even though they were unable to provide any service. Have tried for several weeks to resolve this issue. Have now contacted PayPal for assistance and have also notified the authorities.
Company only responds with canned messages.

Order promissed to be fulfilled in 12hr. It was not in 2 weeks. Refunded after claim raised in PayPal. They are total scum, perhaps their form of business relates on people who too lazy to complain.

Don't ever use this service.
Save you time and money and get it unlocked somewhere else!
Extremely poor online costumer service, very incompetent!
Seven days now and counting, I'm still waiting for the correct code.
I have provided photos of the serial/model number, error messages, and they still cant figure it out.
Calling Visa now and reporting them as a fraud. I know it's only $10 but still.

Receive your code in under 10 mins. - As if!
I am still waiting 5 days later and counting. Every time I send an email concerning the code I am waiting for I receive the same answer over and over and over and over and over and over........ Get the point?
Otherwise I am real happy. Paid £10 and have tons of emails stating the same old thing, I have no code - What could make a person happier???
If I'd known this I would have taken it to the local shop, paid £5.00 extra and would have had the use of the phone since.
I sincerely hope the code arrives before Christmas (if I have not disputed the transaction with PayPal by then)

Unlock code arrived within an hour or so from unique phones, but it didnt work. Refund offered providing i took video/photos of IMEI... which I could only do with the phone itself! Not recommended.

I wish I had read this page before purchasing at uniquephones.com. I bought a code & received it but it never worked. The guide on how to use the code for my type of phone was not on their site so i mailed for more information. I did receive several mails back but no one could actually tell me how to use the code correctly.
I eventually got the excuse that my phone is blacklisted (which it is not as I have been using it regularly daily without any problem - even abroad) and that therefor no refund can be given. They basically steal your money and get away with it. Do not use uniquephones!

Paid and got the code. However, the code didnt work. I put it in twice and it fully barred my phone. On the site they say they can help if this happens. Ive used thier contact method on the site to try get in touch sevral times but no response or joy. To make it worse they sent me a survey to give feedback with regards to how i felt about the service. This is sevral months down the line now. Ive contacted them again but im not expecting something.

Unique Phones promised 2-5 hours of processing time, after 10 (!) days still nothing. They wouldn't respond to and inquiries for a status update. Basically they take your money and disappear.

Unresponsive to queries. Inaccurate about timeframes -- appeared I'd get services within moments, then (after paying) I learnt it would be 24 hours, then (after trying to establish a service ticket) I learnt it might be three or more days. They offer "reviews" on their website, but didn't permit me to see any of the negative reviews. Personally, I don't like doing business with companies that seem dishonest from the start.
