On The Beach_don't Book
It almost 5 days left for my holiday to Malta. I still haven't received my e-ticket or not sure about which Terminal I am flying from. I sent an email to ON THE BEACH there not reply. So I contacted customer service and the adviser told me that I can go with their paper work. I don't need to check online. But in their online telling that i have to contact customer service if i don't receive. When i read this to the customer adviser. he drop the phone down.
The customer service who I talk with is very rude and arrogant.
