This company price matched the least expensive supplier I found and then deducted the postage making it the best deal. They responded quickly to my e-mailed questions and gave full details of dispatch and expected delivery. The deal saved me £60 on the listed price...and beat the cheapest available on Amazon.

I ordered the camera on-line on Saturday 17th December and paid for 48 hour delivery, the camera was for my daughter and I had made a big thing about her not getting any other presents if the camera was what she wanted. I hadn't received any despatch notification by the Wednesday so I emailed fotosense that night telling them that it was for Christmas and asked if I would receive it before Christmas day, I received an email back straight away saying that someone would deal with my query. The next morning I got an email telling me that the camera would be despatched that day and it would be sent by express delivery at no extra cost. I received the camera on the Friday. The camera should have been despatched earlier without me having to contact fotosense but I couldn't fault the customer service I received and I'm sure my daughter will be very happy on Christmas Day - a disaster averted by the Fotosense customer service team - Thank you.

Phoned fotosense to ensure that they had stock of the product as I needed it fairly quickly as their website showed low stock. Was told by staff that they had stock. Spoke to Kyle a couple of days later to be told it was coming from their supplier and not from their stock. The goods did arrive as promised and are not Grey Imports. So all in all it worked out fine, a bit of honesty at the begining would have better all round. But all in all the transaction went well.

I ordered a very competitively priced filter for next day delivery. It was a day late but only because I stupidly put a partially incorrect post code on my address. Emails were answered promptly.
I am very pleased with the product and service, which is interesting because if I had checked out this site before ordering I would have not ordered from them.

Ordered a Lowepro backpack from FotoSense. Arrived 8 days later, in pristine condition. Price was very keen.
Two minor negatives. First, the bag was "in stock" but only dispatched 6 days after ordering. Second, there was fairly limited communication from FotoSense, even when I lodged an online query to find out how the order was progressing, given that I had expected it to dispatch sooner than that.
But overall, a pretty happy experience!

If I'd read the reviews of this company before I ordered I would not have bothered. However, the item was received within 3 days and I'm very happy with them. On my experience I would recommend them.

Ok, I ended up reading reviews on here regarding fotosense as I needed to buy a camera set for a gift and camerabox had let me down.
I was left really put off using them due to the reviews. HOwever nobody else had stock and I needed item quickly.
I rang them up, their phone system is rubbish and the girl that answered was not very business like. SHe did though ask someone and confirmed they ahd what i wanted. When I asked about delivery as it said I could have next day, she just said, if thats what it says, then it must be right.
Anyway in the end I took a chance and was very very pleasantly surprised. I ordered in the afernoon, got an email stating despatched at 4.30pm and it arrived from Bolton to Guildford at 8.50am the next morning. I did pay for before 9am delivery.
Item as as shown, was European version and was best value package I had found anyway.
So I knew I had to leave review, as most people who get what they ordered forget to say and that leaves a very one sided review section.
I would just suggest you ring and confirm for sure they have stock if you want to order, and dont be too put off by the person who answers.

Yes - I read the other reviews and wondered whether they were "safe". And yes, the item (a Panasonic G1 twin lens kit) turned out not to be in stock; but the same day they informed me that there would be a delivery in five day's time, and that the item would be despatched as soon as they got it in. This is exactly how it happened, and it arrived the following day - so there was a gap of about a week in total between ordering and receiving the goods. Not only that, but a free camera bag came with it too - advertised as "while stocks last", they could so easily have withheld it and told me they were out of stock. So, given that this was the cheapest site on the net for the camera, they did really well.
