We have used memory mattresses for a number of years and after some research decided to order the Snug Supreme Memory Foam. Their standard sizes didn't quite fit our bed frame but for only £10 they agreed to provide us with a special size one. This was produced and delivered within 8 days. Even though they are vacume packed it took a bit of muscle to get it up the stairs but was easy enough to unpack . It is now giving us a wonderful nights sleep. We opted for the Outlast cover which Is well worth the extra as it keeps you at an even temperature. The same materiel is used in expensive motorcycle clothing and is highly effective. I spoke directly to Snug a couple of times and it was very refreshing to be able to get through to them with no delay on the phone and be given all the information I needed straight away. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have purchased two Snug Pocket sprung 1200 Outlast memory foam mattress (Single 3ft (90x190x23cm)) £299.00. one in 2011 and one in 2013.

Thesews mattresses are very comfortable and after 2yrs of use the older one has not shown any sign of wear and tear or any dipping hence when it came to renewing my daughters mattress I chose the same product.

Delivery was prompt and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending this product. My teenagers say they love the bed and say they have the best night sleep on it.

After buying a new mattress that turned out to be a bit too firm for comfort, I was looking for a way to solve the problem without too much further outlay. I did extensive research into memory foam toppers. I had read somewhere on the net that 66kg/m3 was the minimum density to consider, and I found that most auction site memory topper adverts either didn't mention a kg/m3 rating at all, or the density was way lower (around 33kg/m3). Anyway, I took a chance that the Snug topper, at 50kg/m3 would be OK for my not inconsiderable weight, and am happy to report that it is easily up to the job.

I was also very happy to note that the topper didn't smell at all unpleasant out of it's vacuum pack.

This topper was the best combination of quoted density rating and low price that I could find at the time, and I have been very happy with it.

It's 6 months old now, and just as comfy as day 1.

free pillows are of same high standard.

Does have a strong odour for first few days. not harmful. just have the window open for a few days and smell goes away. they do instruct the reasons for the smell and it is not harmful.
