Shipping is WAY too slow, it's been over a week and the 1st game still hasn't showed up yet, can't imagine how long it'll take to send it back so I can cancel the account. DON'T waste your money like I did, BE WARN.

However, with out the lack of details on this particular feedback we cannot properly address what the shipping issue may have been. Since this feedback was left in December it's quite possible the delay was due to a snowstorm. While storms unfortunately do delay and back up the USPS it is to be also expected around the Holiday season as well.

Game Mine seems to be an ok rental site, however they will never reply to emails/issues have no phone number to call to contact them. Games disapear from your que at random and you have to re-add them. Supposedly they give you this 2x service but you never actually get it. been with them for almost 4 months now and will be canceling my service before the next billing period.

Avoid this service, usually 10-12 day turnaround to get new games. Also I tried to contact them to get a 2nd mailer (they shipped both games in one mailer.) but never got a response. My 2 months is up so I want to cancel but the cancellation page keeps returning an error. I am trying to find a phone number for them but no luck so far. Selection was not very good, several games I wanted are out of stock.
