My sister and I were traveling from Eastern NE to Western CO when we hit a large animal and our plans changed in an instant We had reservations on a prepaid room at the best western in Fort Morgan the man that took our call was wonderful .I will remember that when we choose to travel again. We also had wonderful experiences with Big Red Towing in North Platte NE. He picked us up at 4 AM took us to where we could see where the car would be showed us where the rental car places were so we wouldn't be stranded for long looked up phone numbers for us to contact them and returned us to the truck stop. I would also like to say that Thrifty car rental was very good at helping us they picked us up helped us with the paperwork made arrangements for us to return the car Even the Lincoln county sheriff deputy was very good dealing with a couple of very shook up travelers. I would definetly deal with all of these people again if the need ever arose again

we visit weekly and drive from Chilham in Kent for a lovely breakfast that we can put together ourselves at the counter, we have a dog and this place has always been the place to go not only with our dogs but also without, the owners are simply lovely but can I suggest that some training takes place with the young staff employed , only yesterday we took our older canine and new pup for breakfast it was lovely day so sat outside, the order arrived with a young lady snapping at me DOGS should be on the floor , I indicated the puppy appeared cold and was responded too exactly the same , whilst I appreciate animals should not be at the table and I would not tolerate in my own home , this had never been mentioned and they have both sat indoors and out in the past without any fuss,, I was more concerned at the distinct lack of customer care , I boiled whilst I ate my breakfast with my puppy shivering on the floor. I ordered a 2 refils for the filter coffee and was then questioned openly why I required 2 cups when my partner still had some in the cup. Is this really the way you want people treated. People who are prepared to travel as they are the base of business in this type establishment over the winter but sadly I may not return.

Nerja in Almeria was only a day trip but most enjoyable to visit. Before going into the beautiful famed promenade of the beach which is quite entensive we went to the famous Caves of Nerja. The price of admission is very reasonable. There are bar restaurants which also are reasonable priced and a gift shop .The caves themselves involved a lot of climbing up and down natural stone staircases and may not be suitable for some with mobility issues but I saw many older people going in .Inside the caves are incredible with a history to match .The use of using one of the guides is most more sensible but personal descriptions of the caves cannot do the justice to the splendour of the caves than witnessing them for yourself. The town is very clean and bigger than expected but lots of restaurant bars especially along the beach area .Also worth going to visit is the Nerja Museum which is interesting telling the towns history up to the present day.

A very homely atmosphere. The landlady was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A very welcoming place to stay.

Good venue for a Christmas meal, family occasion or night out. Village location /atmosphere Friendly helpful staff. Varied selection - plenty of food - can take home a 'doggy bag' if some left over.

I stayed at this hotel in August for a week. This review will open with their most positive asset, the friendly, cheerful and professional attitude of the staff En Bloc. Now we arrive at the less positive. Problems that were experienced. Booked room, one of the best on offer large four poster bed, very spatial room, walk in wardrobe plenty of storage space and bathroom facilities in the main perfectly ok. Fault one. No shelf space for toiletries, gentlemen have razors and other bits and pieces, Ladies well need ~I say more? Back to the bed the mattress although large was much too small for the bed width and length, pillows were wedged at the headboard to make up for lack of length' both sides exposed large sections of wood instead comfortable mattress, not abed to sit on!! Catering, again some and some, so nearly very good. the first night after a very tiring drive we elected to dine in, the dinner ordered and ate was enjoyed, it wasn't fine dining but neither were the prices. The wine ordered was fairly priced also. Sadly the breakfast was very up and down, the first two days were ok reasonable choice, cooking alright. one minor blip the fresh fruit served was almost all apple after a few diners had partaken. next three days the fresh fruit consisted of just apple, in fairness it may have started differently, the eggs were over cooked a few other problems non of which are serious, more supervision required that's all.A nice room spoiled by a ha'porth of tar to coin a phrase. Therefore all in all it wasn't a disaster in fact enjoyed, could have been better, hence four stars instead of five.

Enjoyed a lovely day at the Urban hotel for a Deluxe Afternoon tea and spa. The staff was very professional and we both enjoyed the hot stone massage and mini facial. A most relaxing experience and very enjoyable.
