Pretty straightforward - I had a lot of old DVDs and I wanted to get rid of them easily rather than using eBay, this seemed like a good option. Tapped in barcodes for about 20 DVDs and got an email with instructions to box up and send free of charge to them. I got the money by paypal within 14 days of sending them out - not the quickest I guess but they were paying more than webuydvds Would recommend - some of the prices for DVDs that i got were low but then again they were very old DVDs that you can buy new online now for a couple of quid

I'd been meaning to gather all my dvds and games and do a clearout. Looked online and googled various sites including tradeyourstuff and musicmagpie.. I typed in the barcodes for a few of the items and tradeyourstuff seemed to be offering better prices for each one so i went through the process of sellin my dvds and games to them. After i completed checkout, i received an email telling me what to do next - i was able to find a local collectplus store down the bottom of my road and boxed up my stuff and paid £3.99 for the big box. This was refunded to me when they had checked my stuff and let me know that all was ok. One of the dvds i sent without the disc in it - they informed me and said i could have the case returned but that didnt make sense due to the cost of sending it back. Its a shame i couldnt sell PC games or CDs to them but definitely will use them again for selling other DVDs i have, and also telling friends and family Payment was made and received by cheque within 2 weeks of the whole process which was handy.. Would definitely use again..

Hi, I searched 3 websites for the best prices paid for dvds and TRADE YOUR STUFF UK was the best by far and gave me a good price for my unwanted dvds and games and music dvds. I found the service easy to use and simple to understand. My only problem was that my cheque did not arrive when expected, HOWEVER, when I contacted Trade Your Stuff by email to let them know, they were very quick to reply and told me they would find out what had happened and get back to me, within a short time they had contacted me with details of a replacement cheque and it arrived within 2 days. I heard about the site on an ad on tv, checked it out and found out the prices for my dvds and made a note of them. I wasnt sure if they were good prices so i took my dvds down to my local cash converters, i sold them the 10% of dvds that i was quoted more for and the rest i sent in to this site. I got my cheque in the post 3 weeks later so not a bad way to get some cash for dvds that i no longer watch,

Lots of sites now offering cash for games, this one offered a decent amount for my old ps2 games that i no longer play so decided to sell to them - the site was fairly easy to understand, i didnt buy and sell games at the same time, just wanted cash for my games. Added them, given an address to send the games to and did that. Worth mentioning that you have to cover the postage yourself, but as i sold so many games, it was worth doing. Got a cheque in the post a week and a half after sending the games by recorded delivery. Would use again to clear out my old xbox games.

Used these guys to sell my unwanted ds games, got the cash paid into my bank account by bacs within 7 days of sending the games in to them - to be honest, i think it took that long because i sent the games second class. They dont seem to have prices up for the latest latest games but their prices seem good for teh older games for trading-in plus they give an extra amount of 50pence to cover teh postage which is very nice.. definitely a better alternative than selling to the games shops where thye only offer decent trade-in prices but then you have to actually buy the games from them!

After reading all these reviews after sending my games I was rather concerned. I noticed one good review was paid through paypal so i opted for this option when the items had been successfully recieved and i chose my payment method.

I sent an email with my concerns and I recieved a response very quick from one of their customer service team who said they have many happy customers and the few ones that are not happy seem to leave the feedback. So here is mine.

If you have paypal go down that route and I am sure you will be happy as I am. For Far Cry 2 (PS3) I got £13, music magpie offered me £3...to confess I only paid £8 for the game.
