I have these on my Deauville NT700V, they have never let me down but after 5.5k they need changing. Will be trying the Avon Storms next
The road holding has been fine in either wet or dry and the feel from the road ok.

“well all I can said, I hate this tyre! makes me mad!...”

well all I can said, I hate this tyre! makes me mad! the front end constantly gives me trouble, skids and feel like is loose all the time even in hot weather... have to change them as Q as possible. the only good point of them is milage...but I want to get my fun on the bike back, so I have to get set of Michelins or Pirellis... (BT021 is not good on CBR!)

Bridgestone 021s not for me, I have done a lot of miles in my 40years of bikes and speak after using many different tyres any many different compounds. I also fit tyres. Where did such a firm go wrong with these tyres. They go out of shape and make the bike feel terrible. On the GTR1400
they are standard fitment the front feathered and went out of shape in 1600 miles, the rear feathered out after 300miles and felt bad.I welcome Bridgestone to comment on these tyres and prove me wrong? Poor choice regards wear. Good for a few weeks until they wear uneven.

replaced 020's with 021's on my ZRX1200R at first all seamed fine but then the front started to feather and finaly wore to a piont, rear no problem, had to fight it into corners and made the bike feel like it was going to just fall down, replaced them with new 020's and now everything is back to normal. won't ever touch 021's again.

written by on 18/08/2009

I have run two sets of BT20s on my Beamer, with good wear rates (8000 miles.) Changed to Bridgestone Battlax BT021s late last year, and just cannot believe the poor wear rate in the front, with deforming and ridging after only 2000 miles! The rear is fine. Very positive ride, but not worth the money.

I’ve just put one of these on my speed twin and keep getting issue with traction control kicking in every time I pull away, even gently. Thought it was my ABS but reading these reviews it could be the tyre. Any pro/trainer riders out there validate my suspicion? Traction control came on the dry and in the wet. I was not being heavy handed either.
