Got it. First one was HORRIBLE. Called Hilton and said if you don't send me another, I will dispute the CC transaction. The first one felt like a $99 cheap mattress that I paid $2100 for!!!! Second one came, they CLAIMED (Serta) the first one was defective, though I think they just didn't care one way or the other to be honest. Typical cheap mattress being touted as something special....but when THEY saw I NOTICED, they HAD to send a nicer one... Had Hilton not been involved I am SURE Serta would not have sent me another one... The second one was in deed much better. But again, just rated as a nice king size that could be bought locally for MUCH cheaper. Bottom line? Save your money, not worth the extra money that is for sure...

I have stayed in the same Hilton for a number of weeks over the past three months. The first time I slept on the new bed, I LOVED it. I stay in hotels for 3 weeks out of each month, and am used to the horrid beds that they provide. So, the Hilton bed was a great and notable exception. However, I have noticed that as time goes on, the beds feel worse and worse. This week I have stayed in three different rooms in the same hotel (don't ask). One bed was okay, the second felt like it was missing the middle supports and was completely caved in. The third bed is lumpy and I woke up with back pain. So, the long-term experience in these beds is pretty dismal.

Wonderful relaxing sleep on this The Hilton Serenity Bed. Bed did not wiggle or move when hubby and daughter rolled over. Completely uninterrupted sleep. Most comfortable bed I've ever experienced. Not too soft, not too firm, just perfect and totally unexplainable comfort. Stayed for a week and each day I looked forward to sleep!

I had the good fortune to try out my first ever Hilton Serenity Bed mattress at Niagara Falls and have to say that it was the most comfortable sleep I can remember experiencing. I'm now trying to find out how to go about purchasing my own Hilton Serentiy Bed.

I travel a lot and love the Serenity Suite. You can buy the exact bed from the following website www.hiltontohome.com for approx. $1700 after shipping. We purchased one a few weeks ago, but while we were waiting for delivery my parents found out we were looking for a bed and offered up their 6 month old $3000 Sleep Number bed - they didn't care for it. Anyway, to make a long story short my wife chose the Sleep Number and now we have a brand new unused King sized Hilton/Serta Suite Dreams matress & box springs set for sale. We are asking $800 or best offer. I'll probably post in on Craiglist in few week if we don't sell it.

This story also happened to me. However, I was not able to get a different bed and ended up eating the high costs of the bad bed - about $1600.00 on sale. DO NOT buy a Hilton bed. On the phone with Hilton to Home, I was told that they all have foam toppers and that I should now buy the foam pad they offer. (When I looked at the Hilton bed that we originally slept on in the Hilton Hotel in Hawaii there was no foam mattress pad on top.) BEWARE this bed has a NO RETURN POLICY.
