I've Been Wanting To Use Manic Panic Virgin Snow H
I've been wanting to use Manic Panic Virgin Snow Hair Dye for a while, and I just got around to it. I used Virgin Snow on golden blond hair for thirty minutes, using heat, and it left my hair barely lighter. There's one or two spots of white. I don't want to condemn the Manic Panic brand at all, what they do is amazing. I'll re-review it tomorrow, after I try it again. Right now, It's in between.
Hi, the reason your hair didnt go lighter is because this colour is a toner, not a lightener. To get it lighter you'll have to use bleach, and then the toner, which will make it white
