Pros - a relatively good price for what looks like reasonably good cover. Cons - 1. the purchase process automatically includes a future pay agreement which I dislike intensely. I never renew automatically and always shop around for insurance, and I object to the hassle of having to cancel a future pay agreement. On a personal note I don't buy Starbucks products on principle, so the offered voucher on completion of purchase is of no interest to me.

I am pleased with how quick and easy it was to sign up online. However, when it came to the payment details it kept saying there was an unknown error with my card. I had to sign up with my boyfriends card and will now how to ring on Monday to change these details.

Discount code from Money Savings Expert lured me in, but did not work when tried to enter so had to pay full whack. Not sure why the site didn't verify the code.

I had no option to opt out of the future payment option at end of 12 months and it's not clear how to stop this.

Online application and insurance quote price all easily done and price is excellently priced. And excess price of £25 for damage and £50 on theft or lost nicely priced. It all now rests on when I have to or need to make a claim how much hassle and how easy it will be ........... Only time will tell . Hopefully my s6 edge won't need a claim but at least im instantly covered! !!!!!!!!!! Fingers legs arms toes eyes crossed. Please please live up to my expectations insurance2go and make any claim smooth .

I was surprised to find an insurance that covers everything INCLUDING LOSS (not just theft) and so cheap! It's very settling to know that I have an insurance that I can really rely on. The website bullet pointed everything that I wanted to know without even getting into the terms and conditions. I haven't needed my insurance thus far so cannot say anything about it but paying such a good price after researching I feel satisfied with my purchase!

I took out my first ever insurance with insurance2go as there prices where the cheapest and covered everything. Unfortunately i had to claim in my first month of insurance as i lost my phone. This was my first claim ever and also my first policy ever. Unfortunately this claim was a headache for me and alot complicated than i thought it will be. I gave all the form and details etc and submitted my claim. They got back to me within 48 hours telling me my claim was placed on hold for a further 10 days as they are investigating my claim. Throughout the 10 days, i rung insurance2go around 3-4 times askingif they need any more information from me. On the 10th day, i was told my claim had been rejected as theres records which show i have been involved in buying and selling phones. Obviously i appealed and said that nowhere in the policy does it state that i am not allowed to buy and sell phones. After another 24-48 hours i was told my appeal had been accepted and i got my replacement phone (which was black colour, my original was gold). I have again took a policy out with insurance2go and hope i dont have to claim again and if unfortunately i have to, i hope its alot better and smoother just like their prices :) Ile rate it 3/5

The quote was a good price, but I have not received my confirmation email which I should have received at the same time as my SMS text message. However, this could be because I took out cover on Christmas Day !

In reading all the information I did not see anything that states automatic annual renewal. This came up whilst paying with paypal when you have to confirm agreement. Will nned to check this out further and to make sure if you can opt out from annual renewal. I will not assume you get a a review before the year is up as we all know that can make an ASS out of U and ME!! Apart from this I chose this insurance from reviews on moneysavingexpert

Yes, you can of course you can opt out of your renewal. You can do this at any time but we will contact you in 12 months time and you can opt out then if you wish. We do this with all customers that pay up front for a year.

I have heard good things about this company and was eager to insure my new phone with it. However, my Chrome browser (fully up to date) refused to open the relevant pages, telling me that the page had either been moved to a new address or ceased to exist. Only when I opened the page in IE was I able to order and pay for my policy. Apart from that, the cover appears to be much better than average.

I have not had a reason to claim through insurance2go but the setup could not of been easier. The website is clean and easy to use and their policies are very competitively priced and easy to understand what you do and don't get at each level. I would recommend anyone check out their policies for mobile insurance.

Just signed up, process is simple but now awaiting the 'instant' text that confirms my immediate cover. Have received a confirmation email which is good but if a text isn't going to be sent I suggest the company don't state it will be. No certificate has been sent so I cannot double check that all the details of my phone model, age etc are correct- I think this should be standard, it would be easy to automate and add to the confirmation email. Noticed that there is a first payment date detail for 1 years time- confusing as the first payment is of course the day you sign up and it is actually a repeat payment set up to your card etc.

i was happy with the price but after dropping and smashing my phone 3 weeks ago I'm still waiting for payment. they were helpful and advised me to buy a replacement phone from apple and they would pay me back. i was worried about this as most insurers will then try and no pay. on top of this i have had to pay the excess. so im out of pocket for now and still waiting 3 weeks on. some people may not have the spare money to pay out so much and then wait to get it back. not bad, but i will not be renewing.

Hi raised a claim and it took 3 weeks before they send me a replacement. I was surprised they sent me the wrong colour iphone. I sent them a white one and they sent me a black one. I was very disappointed that that was there policy. I would recommend that the service needs to speed up and to provide the same colour phone back to there customers.

Bit much asking for a review before I make a claim. It's the claim making I'm concerned about, particularly after reading the results of others' claims. Good price, and better after searching for the offer code.

I am impressed with the insurance service however I am not happy with your customer service. I have been a customer with you for the past 2/3 years insurance various phones. I had recently lost my bank card meaning I had new bank details and the money could not be taken from my account to renew my policy. Unfortunately I was on holiday which meant it was 16 days after the insurance policy needed to be renewed. I phoned up to see if there was any way this could be waivered just this once as I have had a policy for a few years. I was told this could be done but I had to phone a different number - which went through to World Pay. They are a completely different company who are only in charge of the bank details and they could not help me in anyway. I was then told to phone back the insurance company as they were the only one who could help. After around half an hour on the phone I was finally told that there was no way anyone could help me and that policies cannot be renewed even after 7 days. Why do you say on your email that it can be done after 14 days? I have had to now create a new policy which is very lucky as I have only just had my phone under 6 months. I am not impressed that you dont really look after your existing customers very well and are clearly just worried about getting new ones. As said before the product is good, but the customer service could be improved.

I found the website to be reasonably clear the price for insuring the IPhone 5 competitive. However, there was nobody to help me with the queries I had. I called at about 5.45pm and there was nobody available to take my call as the office was closed. How many people need help in the evenings? Most of us work during the day. I am therefore not sure if my insurance covers a cracked screen. It says I can cancel at any point, but since I have paid for a year, up front, I am not sure how I could be refunded. On balance, the site needs to consider its working customers more.
