I recently visited Aristrocats with my Mum and Sister after booking an appointment for my first ever day of wedding dress shopping!! I can honestly say it was one of the most exciting couple of hours of my life!! After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit nervous about what to expect and how we would be treated .. BUT the staff were amazing (especially the young girl looking after me but I can't mention her name :() Even after I rang to say we were running 15 minutes late, they were lovely! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted only with smiles and positivity! The staff could tell how excited we were and added to that with their attentiveness!! There was another girl trying dresses on at the same time (I arrived late and she arrived early) but this didn't pose a problem! We were each given a basket of little woolen hearts (I had purple, she had pink) to put on the hangers of each dress we wished to try on. Once we had chosen all of our dresses, the staff collected them altogether and took them to the fitting rooms. Every dress I tried on was beautiful!! I initially tried 8 dresses on, which helped me choose the style that flattered my body shape and then the girl dressing me showed me all the dresses they stocked in this particular style on her iPad. I chose a further 3 and she scooted around the shop to find them for me! She helped me choose veils to match each dress and I never felt like I was rushed at all! Having someone else try dresses on at the same time turned out to be lovely too as we both gave each other opinions, and both sets of family members sat chatting while we were getting ready for the next big reveal from behind the curtain ha! I came away with a definite style of dress in my mind and a massive smile on my face! The girl looking after me wrote down my top 3 dresses and I'm set to go back to try just these on as one of them WILL be my dress :) I rarely write reviews but I feel like this shop gets a bit of a battering on other reviews and so I felt I needed to share my amazing experience! I can't wait to go back and purchase THE dress I'll be wearing to my big day in Greece 2016!!

I think the last review is a bit strange as I know that they do not have a laptop and in my case being a size 18 I was very well treated I think they are perhaps talking about the wrong shop.I bought my dress a maggie sottero and i am very excited to wear it .Thanks Keizia

I came to Aristocrats on a recommendation from a friend(glad I ignored the reviews on here)and I was not disappointed! The staff were helpful enough and helped make the whole process of getting my dress sorted pretty stress free. However the best part was the rage of dresses! They have Maggie Sottero along with other designers, and seem to have a much larger selection than any other shops in the area. The girl serving me mentioned the shop is now owned by a young lady who has plenty of new ideas and wants to update things, so it will be interesting to see what changes are made. So for the best dresses and friendly service, Aristocrats is certainly worth a look.

I just wanted to leave a review for anyone who is planing their wedding and is looking for a dress, I had a realy great time choosing my wedding dress and having my fittings here. The girls were all realy nice and very helpfull, I was worried about going to wedding dress shops because I was scared I would feel uncomfortable, but this was definitley not the case here, I felt welcome imediatley and had fun each time I visited, I loved my dress and my big day! It was all just perfect :)

Aristocrats of Chester was recommended to me by a friend to whom I am truly grateful. Their range of dresses didn't disappoint and the service provided by their staff was exemplary. I found my perfect Maggie Sottero gown (and at a fantastic price!) having been offered some professional advice from both younger and older members of staff on styles, shape, colour, fabric etc. We had numerous visits to the shop for fittings and were always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The attention to detail was quite something. On my final fitting, time was spent showing my mum how to put me into my dress for my big day. Nothing is too much trouble for these lovely ladies! I will most definitely be recommending this quaint little shop to family and friends. Thank you Aristocrats!

I went around all the shops in chester and even more! I found Aristocrats to be the best shop I visited, I bought my wedding dress here for a great price, I then bought my 6 bridesmaid dresses which all fit perfect and then we found a lovely outfit for my mum. I had a great wedding day and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Aristocrats!I am now looking forward to going back for my sisters wedding dress :)

I had an appointment at Aristocrats after visiting 3 other bridals shops previously. The shop has some gorgeous dresses and I feel they are reasonably priced compared to the other shops we visited. I was served by Jayne who was fantastic! She took lots of time assisting me, giving me ideas and trying dresses and accessories I hadn't thought of. In the end I bought an amazing reduced priced dress from her after expecting to spend a whole lot more to find the perfect dress before this appointment, I couldn't be happier!

I bought my dress from Aristocrats last September and found them to be fantastic! I would definitely recommend this bridal shop!

It was the first day I started to look for my dress and hadn't made an appointment, but they were very welcoming. I liked that they let me look around their selection of dresses on my own first and pull out the ones I wanted to try on. They then took the dresses I had chosen into the changing room for me to try on.

Pippa helped me into the dresses, she was very professional and laced the back of my dress up just like it would be on my wedding day so I could see the full effect. She also helped me choose a veil that would complement my dress. I was in the shop for over 2 hours deciding between 2 dresses and they didn't rush me at all!

I was so impressed with their service that I also bought my bridesmaid dresses from them too.

I can honestly say that they went out of their way to make sure I chose the right dresses for my wedding day.

Had made an appointment with Aristocrats so was seen straight away. Was given time to pull dresses I liked out and then tried each on with loads of help and honest advice from the assistant. Was encouraged to re-try favourites. Bought a dress from the sale range, with a huge discount, but because it was my favourite, not because of the price! The assistant agreed it was the right choice. Next fitting etc explained clearly. Left really impressed and happy. So far ... perfect.

ABSOLUTLEY FABULOUS! Aristocrats of Chester helped me find my dream dress, the shop was beautiful and busy with customers i felt like a princess and the experience fulfilled every expectation i could have wished for, i would recomend anybody to visit Aristocrats of chester x Highly recomended x
