She was so helpful, and friendly. She absolutely catered to what I wanted and was so supportive and helpful. Thank you for making my experience of wedding dress shopping so fab!! I walked away with my dream dress it was effortless! There was plenty of dresses to choose from a nice comfortable environment just amazing I can’t thank you enough. x

Absolutely disgusted. ..I visited on Saturday 6th May and being a large lady with curves I was shown some dresses very abruptly and told there was nothing for my size...by a women. .I was not happy to say the least.

Another person took over after the mumblings in the back ground by who I can only assume were the owner's? ? Well another lady took over and thank you..she saved the appointment.

I did say I would not facebook it as a review and to directly complain..but feel it is in my right to complain this way..as usually it gets swept under the carpet.

I would not recommend going to this shop by the reception I had by one person.

The shop is great but not on the Saturday we visited 14th January 2017 Receptionist with a sour face and dreadful dress sense is not what you would expect in a bridal boutique . absolutely awful presence and knows nothing about what's going on.??

We have been before and met by a lady and on this basis we carried on with our appointment thinking it was an off day ? Our appointment with the lady..who on our previous visit made us at ease..

We made our decision to buy and enjoy our experience but very easily could have been put off.

The face of any business is friendly and can identify and accommodate what is required it was a good job we knew what we were doing because we would gave walked out.

Great service...first and foremost, I had not made an appointment beforehand as recommended but I took a chance. .turned up and the bridal shop was busy.

That's a good point for the shop but not if you're waiting or rushing to be somewhere else?.I was flexible and was I so lucky...

I found the staff accommodating and friendly towards myself by walking in for advice as sometimes you do a spur of the moment thing and that's the best thing I had done..

The lady on reception made me feel wanted and found me a slot and that slot was not wasted. .The stylist put patiently my choices on and then said " I've got something" something that I would not go for myself. ..

Well..that threw a spanner in the works..

I knew what I wanted..!!at least I thought I did.

I am still undecided but my drop in was great and helpful.

I have not bought my dress yet but would like to say a thank you to Bradgate Brides.

This is an excellant shop,the staff are very helpful and friendly. The range of gowns is outstanding, nothing is to much trouble.I would recommend this to everyone.

When I came to look around the dressers I actually found the manager of the shop very rude and felt she spoke to her staff member's in such vile manner with little respect.

I found the wedding dresses and accessories beautiful but very over priced and the mangers manner was absolutely disgusting which was a complete put off.

I would not want to buy a dress from her due to her lack of respect for customers and her staff.

Having bought my dress and 3 bridesmaids dresses from Bradgate brides, I couldn't recommend them enough. The whole team (I met 5 of them) were very friendly and helpful.

During my first visit (with my sister & mother) they were patient while I tried on what felt like every dress in the shop (some twice!) whilst offering helpful suggestions (and cups of tea) along the way. I couldn't decide at the time and no pressure was placed on me to buy unlike in some other shops.

Once I decided on a dress and bridesmaids dresses they were very helpful and their knowledge was extremely valuable given that one of my bridesmaids was pregnant and due 3 weeks before the wedding!

Communication was fast and efficient via phone and email to arrange fittings and pick-ups of dresses. They were extremely flexible on times/dates of pick-ups which meant I could fit these into a busy work/life schedule.

Thank you Bradgate Brides for making the whole process stress free!

I called into this shop with my daughter who is getting married next year. The first dress she tried on was much too tight, and she told the assistants this. "Oh you'll lose weight" said one assistant. "Of course you will" said the other. When my daughter showed me the back of the dress I pointed to VPL. The assistants looked annoyed and started speaking louder to my daughter, to drown me out.

I do understand that is the job of these ladies to sell wedding dresses and if every prospective bride bought the first dress she tried on, their commission would be much higher. However it is also their job to make sure every bride looks their best on her wedding day, and trying to sell a far too tight dress, which shows VPL at the back is appalling.

Needless to say I won't be going back to this shop, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to ever go in there.

The team at Bradgate brides are incredible. They rescued me in my hour of need after I was let down by another bridal boutique in Leicestershire - 3 weeks before my wedding I didn't have a dress. I was very distressed when I entered the boutique. I was greeted by the caring and sympathetic team who did everything in their powers to find me a suitable dress. The dress the team helped me find was my dream dress, and certainly not a compromise given my situation. So many of the team helped me, but the advisor in particular was incredible. Her knowledge of bridal gowns is fantastic and her customer skills are impeccable. She made me feel at ease as soon as we were looking at which gowns might be suitable, but mostly importantly, she put the smile back on my face after a stressful 24 hours.

I walked out of the boutique a happy bride! Thank you the team xxx

Absolutely rubbish shop ..been on a lot of review sites and gave it a vvisit superb stylists and look after you ...customer friendly not ..pretentious staff looking to sell that's all they do .The owner I think ? is very dismissive and thinks she knows it all I should have had tbe other lady..laughing joking and making it seem enjoyable my experience was horrible.
