People in Property let our property for 18 months. At the time, we had to pay the commission upfront for the full 18 months, but we were assured that we would get our money back should the tenants move out early. Low and behold, our tenants moved out after 12 months and when we tried to get our £600 commission back, we were told we could only get it back in the form of a credit. Even though, People in Property failed to let out our property again, they still refused to pay our commission back. Unfortunately, we were bound by a very unfair terms and conditions and even though we were told by their agent, not to worry about that clause, we were not vigilant enough at the time to change it on their terms and conditions. Stay away from this agency!!!! They will take your money and their terms and conditions is certainly not market practice. My friend also wanted to use them for lettings and they insisted that she pay a deposit even before seeing the property. This company is extremely unprofessional and the service we received was very poor.

This agency appears great when you are letting but the moment the contract is signed you hear nothing from them.

When we contacted them to inform that we are leaving they woke up just to bring people in and the moment they got new ones no one contacted us to advise how we will proceed when leaving the property. We had to chase them and chase them and finally we paid for cleaning with 48 h guarantee and they didnt even bother to come in this time.

People working there are extremely rude and even offended me.

Would never never use them in any case....avoid them if possible!!

I thought I received a great service from people in property. They offered a very one to one service where the agent I was dealing with showed me the type of properties I was interested in not just any old rubbish. They were on time and provided me with all the info I needed. I would recommend to family and friends :)

Went to view a property not to long ago.. The "Lettings negotiator" was late.. He actually was so fake it was unbelivable.. & actually made me think stuff you im going with another company.. I do not advise anybody to do business with People in Property.

The best estate agency I've ever used. When we arrived we had no dining table, they got us one that week. Same with outdoor furniture. We asked for the bathroom to be spruced up - they did it the week after. We asked for a vacuum cleaner as the old one broke - they sent pictures and delivered a brand new one within 3 days. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in wimbledon/Raynes Park area.
