Nice apartment in a nice location, I got a last minute offer and cost me around 100 Eur per night, for 3 persons. All the bedrooms were very spacious. The only problem was that one bathroom didn't have shower.

The apartment genesis ramblas, was cosy and clean, modern with everything that we would need for our stay. Your contact person was so helpful and kind and went out of her way to answer any questions we had and to find us a taxi for our return jouney (which we greatly appreciated) All of us would have no hesitaion in returning to your beautiful city in the futue and would have no hesitation in contacting your company should we require accomodation. Thank you again for contributing to a lovely holiday for us.

I wrote a detailed review but gobn apartments don't show it on the feedback side. there are 4 older reviews from 2008 with very positive feedbacks. contact person and location were good but the apartment is poor. they put many beds in it in order to hoste larger groups (and charge per person) to maximize profit. but the kitchen is very small, the living room and the eating corner have no window to the outside and are not made for more than 8 persons. also the streetside rooms are noicy during night and not at all "really quiet" as stated. It looked much better than it really was. A big disappointment. not a comfortable place to spend a holliday!

We visited Barcelona few days ago, and stayed at the apartment Eixample Delight booked with gobcn, great location convenient for walking into city centre and taking the Metro. At back of apartment block, so very quiet, and the air conditioning was lovely. Excellent service, could use again. We had a brilliant stay (2 adults, 2 teenage boys).

We are satisfied with our stay at Rainbow apartment. I wish the bathroom was bigger, because the rest of the apartment is spacious. The location was perfect for us, because some of us had to go to Casteldefels almost every day, and the others went to the town, visiting the tourist attractions... The Paralel station is just a few minutes from the apartment. I would recommend the apartment and the gobcn staff.

We stayed at the Gothiq Terrace for 8 days. We had chosen this apartment for its great location (which was in fact very pleasant), and because the pictures we found on the web led us to believe the atmosphere in the rental would be great. These pictures are not true to reality. They let us think we were renting a small, bright, very clean and well-appointed apartment. Reality was another matter! This apartment is unattractive and seriously needs cleaning and maintenance. There were abundant signs of mould, mildew and corrosion in the bathroom and the kitchen, the walls are streaked with stains and there was a persistent and bothersome odour emanating from the plumbing. This is badly “hidden” by 5 air fresheners that give off their own strongly unpleasant perfume… The dishes were dirty and greasy, there were coffee stains from the previous renter in the cups… We had only one corroded saucepan and one damaged (and unusable) Teflon pan to cook with, and no salt (0.80 euro for a kilo…) and pepper shakers. Dusty blinds, an old clock frozen at 7:50 (time has apparently stopped at Carrer Del Cortines…) with no spare batteries, old and dingy towels, absolutely no dinner towels, dirty placemats, no cleaning products (not even a bottle of dish soap!) a sticky freezer, a broken bathroom door handle (careful you don’t get stuck in there!), towel racks barely hanging on, dusty rods and sub-par bedding. We were extremely disappointed and would have run away (if we could have… ), but not as fast as our contact person who disappeared as soon as we handed over the money! We felt swindled and this apartment certainly was not worth the price we paid! 100 euros per night. We sent our comments to Gobcn and to the owner of the appartment, we never received and answer back.

I was very pleased by gobcn apartments services, starting from the informations about the apartments, reservation making, getting in touch with the people there, promtly resolving problems that occured during our stay there.
It was the first time I tried this kind of tourism and the impressions are very good: it is fast, it is easy and one can trust in the informations provided.
It was a wonderful vacation in Barcelona and I will try it again.

Das Apartment war sch n (Dusche m sste repariert werden) gut gelegen und f r einen Barcelonaaufenthalt sehr gut. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem Safe, lie sich nicht mehr ffnen bei Abreise. Wir bekamen relativ schnell die Nachricht, das Geld (250 ' ) wurde im Safe gefunden wird uns durch die Agentur berwiesen. Die Agentur reagierte trotz vieler Nachfragen erst ca. 5 Monate sp ter, berwies nur 170 ' (80 wurde f r Safe einbehalten), obwohl wir die Best tigung hatten, dass das Problem nicht durch uns verschuldet war. Habe keine Lust mit dem Anwalt zu agieren, aber es hat im Nachhinein unseren Aufenthalt in Barcelona doch ins negative Licht ger ckt.

We rented an apartment with my family,the decoration, location and cleanliness was really good. Would certainly recommend it to any of my family and friends. Gobcn was very helpful during my booking process.
What a super way to spend time in Barcelona.
