Placed our order in August as a gift for the birth of a baby for one of our employees. Requested a VAT receipt but did not get one. Have since tried to call( but always an automated message)and emailed 3 more times but not even the courtesy of a reply. I would of though a company like this would of been used to corporate orders and that a VAT receipt would of been the norm. December now and had a few more attempts at getting a response but no joy. I will not be using them again as the level of customer care is non existent and they and they are un-contactable.

Agree with you. The customer service is non-existent!
My order did not arrive, even though I waited a month. I've just lost my money.
I tried to contact the Manageress several times, using a variety of means, and she did not get back to me.
