Alvin and The Chipmunks

You'll really enjoy watching this movie. It's an animation series based on the characteres of the same name created by Ross Bagdasarian.

This film shows an animated music group which consists of three musical chipmunks called Alvin(Justin Long), Simon(Matthew Gray Gubler)and Theodore(Jesse McCarteney). Alvin's a troublemaker and quickly becomes the star of the group, Simon's intellectual and very polite. Theodoro, the chubby one, is really emotional. They're managed by Dave(Jason Lee)their human adoptive father.

Alvin and the Chipmunks is really funny and exciting. There're awesome special effects and the soundtrack's brilliant.

You'll love it! I'd recommend this movie to all of the people because it's really unforgetable.

Simon is sooo cute! My favourite song from the movie is Witch Docter. Dave is a really good actor. Theodore is really sweet. Alvin rocks! Alvin and the chipmunks is my favourite movie ever and you would be super stupid to write a bad review for that movie! I have no bad points for it.

Its difficult, as an adult, to write a review of a children's film. I wasn't exactly enthralled at having to sit through Alvin and the Chipmunks with my 9 year old, but thats what he wanted to watch so Hey Ho.The story follows the old 90s cartoon and is a "happy ending" kind of story.You can't help tapping your feet at some of the songs, and the chipmunks (especially Theodore) are very cute, but every now and then I looked at my hubby and that "what on earth are we doing here" look came across our faces.The kids loved it though....its bright, loud, funny, sad....all the things that keep them occupied. Be warned though, there were one or two little tots in the audience as well (approx 4yr old) and they lost interest after only a few minutes....Its not a cartoon so it didn't keep their attention.
