Gordon Ramsay's Playing With Fire Is A Great Book
Gordon Ramsay's Playing With Fire is a great book revealing the life of the chef from a business point of view rather than a personal one as seen in Humble Pie. A fascinating insight into his professional life, for which we know him best and Ramsay looks at his mistakes as well as his successes which I found refreshing. I can't say I've always been the biggest fan of Gordon Ramsay but there is no denying that he is a successful businessman and has worked hard at at, this book tells us how he got there. Well worth a read.
Thanks, I wasn't initially a fan of Gordon, but now appreciate he is a very talented individual, no-one can deny he has worked very hard to get to the top of his profession.
