I ordered a bunch of flowers for my girlfriend fo valentines day and they arrived a day early. However it does state that in Terms and conditions! The flowers are besutiful though 6 roses and 4 large lillies that are all healthy and full of colour lovely!

i ordered the flowers before i read the reviews!i wanted same day delivery but was told afterwards they didnt do this?The flowers did arrive next day and i was told they were lovely, i can say the manager acted in a very courteous manner and replied immediateley to my emails, so mixed review really.if you order flowers check before you pay, they do same day deleivery.

Update from my last comment. Appears flowers now delivered to address as requested but no where near to the date I asked for - three days after the birthday. But am happy they were delivered. Its just a shame the company did not deal with this when I attempted a number of times to ring and email them, It may well have stopped me from adding comments to this site. As I say flowers now delivered and I`m told they were beautiful, so well done Bloomin Delightful and thank you.

Well, quite an interesting story. I had the intention of proposing to my girlfriend so I thought I would start the day off well by ordering her some flowers to work, 10 Roses. I then read these reviews and really worried a bunch of rubbish dead flowers would be delivered late if at all. Unfortunately the flowers were late and not in great shape on arrival, however these reviews do seem to blame the company however the blame should be put on Yodel, the delivery company as the company had dispatched them on time. I was lucky enough to have dealt with Sam at Bloomin Delightful, she was quick to reply over a number of emails and very sympathetic. She dealt with my issues perfectly, especially since I was overly rude to her. I let her know that my girlfriend said yes, and was suprised today with a wonderful bunch of flowers and a card from her and the team. Just lovely. They could do with improving the phone answering but if you have any problems you should try and get hold of Sam as she was brilliant in a tough situation and should be commended.

The flowers that were sent to a friend were ,she assured me lovely,and did last.But what I did not like was being charged 75p for use of a debit card.I also sent flowers to a relative,and they took 4 days and I again was charged for use of a debit card,Oh dear twice bitten,silly me!!

I was very worried after reading some of the reviews on here, but it turned out ok in the end. The flowers arrived at my girlfriends work place a day early but it was better than being late. They were of decent quality and my girlfriend was very happy. Just would have been nicer if they had turned up on the right day.

As with many other customers, the flowers were late (a day i think) and the quality wasn't the best; however the manager did seem genuinely interested in resolving the matter and sent some replacements free of charge.

I ordered flowers for my parents before reading the bad reviews this company had got. However, they arrived the next day, were fresh and vibrant and there were lots of flowers in the bouquet, with a good variety: just as described. They also lasted over a week. However I had two complaints: Firstly, I'd used the company's 'choose your delivery date' service to ask that the flowers were delivered in two days' time, which was my mum's day off. The flowers however arrived the next day: earlier but still the wrong day, so not as good as florists with their own delivery service. Secondly, when you order flowers, at checkout (perhaps only with the ones I| did), the description is automatically changed to make you order a bigger, more expensive bunch. Watch out for this! Pleasantly surprised given the bad reviews but wouldn't go back to or recommend this company.

The delivery took much longer than expected, two full business days passed after ordering in the evening of Tuesday and delivery came on the morning of the Friday, which is not exectly the "next day" service the website offers.
This delay caused me to e-mail the manager on Thursday evening expressing my concerns, the reply came on Friday morning only moments before the flowers turned up and stated that because they use royal mail they are not able to guarantee delivery dates.
The flowers themselves were of excellent quality although there were not too many of them the display was adiquate for the price and given that the delivery was not charged and the price was still almost ten pounds cheaper than anything Interflora offer I was over all pleased with the transaction and would use them again.
My only warning is that you do need to order early and not expect delivery on a specific day.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers on 23rd February and didnt hear any more. I went online and checked the reviews, and got a terrible shock! However, the flowers did arrive on 28th February and they were beautiful, just like the photograph on the webpage. I felt I should write a positive review because we only give negative feedback, never positive.

I placed the order, needed to amend it and then discovered that it was an impossiblity to contact the merchant by any means. Somewhat suspicious, I then started to read some of the reviews and alarm bells rang (Bloomin Delightful have even been on BBC's Watchdog). Very poor reviews in general.
However, the flowers have arrived this morning and appear to be OK and in fresh condition. Wish I could have amended the order delivery date though.

I normally read reviews before I buy anything from the internet, but on this occasion I didn't. I only looked at the reviews, after my sister didn't receive the flowers and chocolates on her birthday and I was horrified when I saw all the bad reviews.
I have to take my share of the blame though, because I didn't notice that Royal Mail were delivering the items. My sister telephoned me when they arrived and she was pleased with the flowers and chocolates, she also said that the items were well packaged. I have now seen the flowers and chocolates and they are as my sister described them.
I won't buy from Bloomin Delightful again, I will use Interflora or another reputable firm. Purely because I prefer flowers to be hand delivered

flowers taken to postoffice, not as requested to neighbour, so poor condition, and terrible customer service, telling me they would not do anythin or appologise, very rude, i felt very angry, as the flowers were important to cheer my friend up. worse service ever after a hopeful start

I ordered flowers from Bloomin Delightful for my Auntie as she is very unwell on the Monday requesting delivery for the Tuesday and I received a phone call from her on the Tuesday to say she had received them and they were lovely.
