Avoid!!

I purchased mothers day flowers 5 days before the day not only for them NOT to arrive on the day I asked them to deliver but to arrive over a week late!! - you can imagine the state they were in after being shoved into a box! The flowers were broken and dying and the message card was soaking wet and unreadable - No explanation, no help, no apologies and no offer of refund!! You will get the same standard reply to emails (automated) that again were no help at all and the telephone number doesn't work!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! Go straight to your bank and get your money back that way. I have waited over a week after asking 3 times for a refund I have not received a reply or a refund.

Mothers Day Flowers Not Arrived

Mothers day flowers not turned up. I odered wednesday for one lot for my mmum and one for mother in law. Mums turned up although i wasnt that impressed as very dry. Mother in law not turned up at sll so have bought from local florist now. No phone number so try and claim refund via email. I work for goverment office so will pass to legal team. Can fully appreciate watchdog review now. Dont use these

I Was Worried About My Order After Reading The Rev

I was worried about my order after reading the reviews but I have to say I ordered flowers yesterday lunchtime for a birthday and they were delivered this morning and apparently were beautiful. The only comment I will make is company did not send confirmation email as promised which left me feeling anxious.

Nice web page ......that's as far as it goes.Ordered Mother's Day flowers on the thurs , finally turned up tues. Ruined my Mother's Day gifts. When they finally turned up two Palm leaves 6 freesias so much gypsophilas .Tried contacting and just had automated reply then after second email to them had a reply that was of bad English.and was promptly told I wasnt entitalled to a refund.

When Is A Freesia Not A Freesia?

Ordered freesias to be delivered on 14 February. Attempted delivery on the 13th and as nobody was in the flowers were left at the sorting office. Upon collection it turned out that they weren't freesias at all but a seemingly random mix of carnation, chrysanths and lily. Like ordering a shirt and receiving trousers! Their website states, "Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us." Stay away from these inadequates who take your money but don't fulfill their side of this contract. Oh, and don't bother emailing them. They keep their mailbox full to prevent customers from complaining.

Never Use. Please Ovoid

Order flowers. Not only were they late they delivered not the ones I ordered. Cheap flowers were substituted for the luxary ones I ordered. They gave me no explanation why

Worst Company I Have Come Across In My Life

I don't know were to start with blooming disgraceful.

£80 flowers were replaced with a bunch that when I checked on the Wed site they were worth £30.

The flowers come 4 days late.

The flowers were Brown and wilted.

I have been ripped of by £50.

I tried to find there office but they are not at the registered address.

Hope they go under big time

Very Poor Service

I asked for flowers to be delivered on mothers day and they did not turn up until 3 days later when I complained the advisor was extremely rude and hung up on me. I am still waiitng for my money back now nearly 3 months later. I asked for a manager to call me back which again I am still waiting for when I try and send messages there is always a reply saying it cant be sent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
