My request for advice involved several website issues such as layout and presentation of both text and photographs. I also asked for further details of how to check on the number of visits each section of the website was receiving. Initial response from UKC was prompt, although providing a full answer took a little longer, having had to be passed on to the team at Level 2. Generally, the website is ideal for our purpose and is good value for money. The final published version always looks very professional with very clear text and images. Highly satisfied.

Although my domain experienced a number of unexpected difficulties when UKC05 was migrated to latest version of plesk, response from customer support team was excellent and all issues have been promptly resolved. Good value for money.

I have already registered my domain with few other providers, and I found UK-Cheapest.co.uk has providered me with all I need for hosting a domain. Great cPanel Interface, with easy of use Excellent Dashboard to navigate at easy I am not particularly happy with the time taken to complete a UK domain transfer within a specified time of 1-7 days windows slot. I am still waiting with to no avail and not knowing how long it will take to complete a domain transfer with EPP/Auth CODES.

In 5 years UKC has provided a reliable and efficient resource. I like the database interface using phpmyadmin. I am not aware of any security issues. Uploading is easy and the new 5GB limit is most welcome. I was a bit worried when the spam issue surfaced recently but that appears to have been resolved.

Very economical service for small to medium sized business hosting and email services. Customer/Tech support is timely, courteous and always helpful - no matter how big or small the query may be. Pricing combined with service levels may well be the best that I've experienced.

The overall help I received was very good. Sadly, there seems to be no opportunity for telephone consultation. had there been, a lot of time could have been saved. My level of computer knowledge was never questioned. Too much technical speak has to be explained. As a man who is in his late seventies, I use a computer, I don't understand their insides, and language ambiguity results. The clarity of the final help message could have been employed earlier. I thank the level 2 help desk, but I suggest you check your responses with a non-computer geek first, to avoid having to repeat confusing instructions.

A good solution was found to my original problem and was dealt with promptly. When I agreed to the solution UKC put things into action very quickly and the matter was resolved. Only aspect that warrants a 4 star on this occasion is that the case took a few days to escalate it from acknowledging the problem to passing it on to the technical support department. I volunteered to convert a small club's sophisticated website which had been built with an expensive Apple product and which could not be maintained on other platforms. I used a free theme from WordPress to build a simple but adequate website which could be edited via PC, Mac, or tablet, largely by copying and pasting stuff from the existing site. When I needed help to sustutute the new site for the old one, which was already hosted by UK Cheapest, the level 1 team responded reasonably promptly with guidance. I also discovered the tutorials that were available. I found the process of logging in to the account quite tortuous, but no doubt this was necessary for good security. I followed the instructions to get my WordPress site visible via the UK Cheapest account. When it came to switching the old and new sites I chickened out, and thankfully the level 2 team came to my rescue. I cannot speak too highly of the support I have received free of charge. I was quoted $300 to have the conversion done professionally, which was totally unaffordable for a small club.

Being new to writing websites can be a chore, and you always feel like a pest asking so many questions. UKC don't make you feel like a pest, they are polite and most importantly help you solve the issues quickly and stress-free.

Being not very good with computer inputting, I had a few teaching problems when trying to set up my web site on the internet, next year I will pay my internet fee early to keep continuity. With my problem UK Cheapest fixed it and I am now up and running on the internet. Thanks.

The support team is excellent. Always get very fast replies and all staff helpful. I have used UKC for quite a few years now and other than a few minor outages the service has always been well priced, normally excellent network stability. The main reason, I continue purchasing domains and hosting with them is the support team, who are a credit to UKC.

So I bought a domain in order to redirect to another. Wanted both email and web redirects. The default was not quite there. I spent a bit of time trying to sort it out. I raised it, initially they acted as if it would be a typical user reboot. Still, they worked later in the evening to get it fixed.

Have been a customer of UKCheapest for a few years now and have only had to use their customer support a couple of times. I have found their response times to be pretty quick - today's problem was resolved in less than two hours - and haven't had any cause for concern with their knowledge or customer service. I haven't given them 5 stars as I'd like to be able to use a terminal to access the server and install things like Ruby on Rails etc, or make use of more than one SQL database, but for the price I can't really complain.

Great value for money. UK based servers. Good customer support. What more could I ask for?

Having had an Apache 2 Test page taking over my Home page a couple of weeks ago the team were able to solve that problem, today again the Homepage wasn't performing properly and again the problems have been solved.
