Wow....I will not be ordering from this company again....if you would like poorly built goods, and an extremely poor customer service then by all means use this company. I purchased a bed and mattress from a major high street retailer not so long ago, and the customer service and quality of build was a 100 times better. Interesting to read other comments also remarking about the director's attitude too....rude and a lack of any empathy. I will NOT be using these guys again.....

Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with Bedsonlegs and the apparent director. See the photos - the bed is broken after just two months and she has refused to refund it. I now have to sleep on it using paint cans & books to support the frame. Despite my explaining several times it is broken she responds the same way- not her problem. I have sent several emails and photos, she responds with no care or interest whatsoever - she has zero intention of helping her customer once the money has been spent. She states that because of a “recommendation” to use fabric under the legs it is not her problem - even though the bed is *advertised* on her website in a picture as being on a wooden floor and it is *not* stipulated that it *has* to be on fabric/carpet. She accused me of misuse- I can assure you the bed has been used as any bed would be- it’s not an ornament! She told me there is no one above her I can speak to and there is no independent regulator. The Director sent replacement legs - basically a few pieces of wood, no fixings - which she stated were a “goodwill gesture” and that it is not covered under a manufacturer warranty. But as the legs are not snapped that’s not going to help! The legs are not holding the frame and not providing support at all- you can see in the pictures. If anyone can advise me on what to do in this situation I would be grateful- I am devastated and cannot believe the terrible customer service provided by this company. I never would have imagined a company would fob off a customer in this way and be totally unreasonable- she has made no offer to assess the bed, repair it, replace it or refund it- nothing! I really wish I had gone with another company- there are many out there. AVOID! :(

Absolutely disgusting appalling service by the Director of this company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. I have a faulty bed which I want returning and they refuse to let me and also the bed came with missing items. After they take your money they don't care. Bed is poor quality. Ottoman style and is impossible for one person to close again, requires 2 people as so stiff to close. Ottoman also opens a lot wider than should and compared to the picture. seems to be major fault with it but after spending £600 she does not care and said your bed is fine and it should open this way!!! Director of this shambles of a company also put the phone down on me!! the Worse customer service I have ever experience. Type of company you would find on Watch Dog. DO NO ORDER ANYTHING.

I am sorry that you feel like this, we have seen the pictures of your bed and it opens to the correct width. I am sorry you are not convinced but if you look at the pictures on the website, you will see that the bed is meant to open this wide in order that you can access your items & it is definitely not a fault.
The missing pillows should have been with you today so if they have not arrived please contact us. This item is our best selling ottoman and if there was any fault with it we would have no hesitation to collect this. We also have a returns policy if you do not like the item but unfortunately you are out of the terms.

I purchased a Hyder Galaxy Triple Sleeper Bunk bed from this company. When it arrived, it was damaged and we had to get replacement parts which we ordered from the manufacturers. Then it transpired that a piece of the bed was missing, so we had to wait for this to be delivered. 12 months and a day since delivery of the bed, we noticed rust appearing on the ladder and it seems to have been powder coated on top of rusty metal. The bed had only been assembled and in situ for 11 months. Contacted Beds on Legs and persuaded them to order a replacement ladder for us. However, this did not arrive for several weeks and when it did, it was the wrong part. A bunk bed isn't much use without a ladder so I am now trying to get a partial refund from Beds on Legs, having taken advice from Consumer Direct. They have completely ignored my recorded delivery letter, so I am now left with the choice of throwing the bed away and facing a £199.99 loss, or taking them to small claims court - which of couse will cost me money anyway. My advice to others - don't have anything to do with this company.

I am lost for words at the moment....we did have a delivery mid week of two halves of different beds....a new combination bottom opening / side opening ottoman bed! There are some other lucky people we are told that are out there with the reverse combo to us!! Was being sorted today we even knew what drop number we were. We have just called to find out that there was no stock and no bed coming. someone had tried to call us but we couldn't hear...we've had no calls. Beds on legs you know who we are do the decent thing and sort us out and let me write a review on how you fixed it for us!!!!!!

Delivery services (via KNOWHOW) are so inadequate that it begs a question why the company does not use a different courier. Despite claiming that 48 hrs deliver time, and despite ordering 3 weeks ago, the courier arbitrarily changed the deliver date that was explicitly agreed and is unable to set up a suitable alternative time. I would discourage anyone from purchasing from Beds On Legs till they reconsider their courier/delivery services. Unless you are able to sit a home permanently for several weeks and hope they eventually show up at their convenience

Aggressive delivery driver damaged the bed on arrival, making an issue of removing packaging and taking it up to the bedroom. Beds on Legs told me to take the issue up with the courier company. Waited in for replacement parts but they never arrived. Beds on Legs told me it was not their problem as it was an issue with the delivery company. They offered their apologies but have done nothing to help and will not even consider a reimbursement. It is now 4 weeks since delivery and I have yet to take delivery of the parts. I am furious that I ignored a previous review, warning about the delivery company employed by Beds on Legs. In circumstances such as these, I would expect Beds on Legs to be proactive in dealing with the delivery company.

Can you please contact us if you are still having an issue as we always do our best to resolve customer complaints and we most definitely do not state things are not our problem. Our appointed courier requests that customers contact them directly if you have an issue with a driver. We have however pressed with them to change this so that they contact you directly through our request instead of you having to contact them as we agree and feel that it should be managed through ourselves.
We have not had any come back with an unsatisfactory outcome from the courier company though so if you have had this please contact us.

We was very excited when we got this delivered. This delivery service was fast. We were due to move in the new house that same week, the bed was urgently bought as Argos couldn't deliver quick enough. We started putting this up and found the cut of the pieces were terrible, misshaped, cut wrong and 2 pieces had 2 massive cracks down the middle, but because we needed this bed so much we had to just do the best we could with it, it took ages to put up because my partner had to get a circular saw to adjust parts to actually manage putting it up!!! Was really upset as I spent more money on the beds so the girls had good quality ones, if I didn't need it so urgently Id of sent the whole thing back. The paintwork is horrendous too, big dry drip marks all over the bed and some parts haven't even been finished so you can see the yellow pine colour coming through so had to get some paint to lightly go over it and that was after having to lightly sand the blobs away. Don't get this if you're wanting a good quality bed, go to Argos and get it 200 cheaper!!! Very upset customer! No need to of been so lazy with this, potentially could of been a beautiful bed as the size and style is adorable!

I received a mattress punctured by an in-situ wooden splinter possibly collected from the delivery van, which left a 1cm cut in the material and my hand both; and a dirty scuff on the mattress for good measure. The bedhead was bent as if walked on and dented where struck with a heavy object. My contract with Beds-on-Legs was for a delivery service that took items to a room of my choice, unwrapped the goods for my inspection, and removed the packaging. Instead I got several renditions of 'that's not my job guv' and 'no time to unwrap and inspect but don't worry, it's all been checked' as part of a service that was as rude in its dismissiveness as it was a blatant breach of obligations. And finally - I wait in all day for the items to be collected for return, and nobody comes; I make calls and spend my evening awaiting promised calls that never come. This is in every respect the worst experience I've had shopping online - shopping full-stop. An experience I'll ensure I never repeat, and one I'd not wish on anyone I wish to keep as a friend. Meanwhile the company makes money out of me by sitting on my cash. Now I understand why they scurried away without giving me the requisite customer satisfaction checklist.

I would not recommend using this company or indeed their appointed couriers if you ever want to receive your order. A trulyb dreadful company to deal with. Go to the high street and save yourself time, money and hassle.

Bunk beds - Received a text last night stating delivery between 09.25 - 13.25. 14.00 still haven't arrived checked the online tracking info and it states "delivery failed" reason "bust out" at 8am this morning. Not one person rang me to inform me they had not been sent for delivery or to rearrange a delivery time. Waited in all morning for this poor communication terrible customer service. As a result my children are without beds this evening as their old were disposed of this morning.

Had really struggled to find some suitable shorty bunk beds for my children's room and was delighted to find these (verona america 2 ft 6).However the beds were very difficult to assemble, some screws wouldnt screw in fully, the parts didnt fit together correctly and some of the wood cracked as we assembled it. One of the screws wouldny work at all amd we had to wait a week for a replacement before finding out it was a waste of time anyway. I wouldn't feel happy letting my pets sleep in this bunk bed let alone my children. Very disappointing as the bed would be lovely if it actually fit together properly. Have requested a return/refund! Now have to find a new bunk bed the same size as the mattresses purchased with this on, easier said than done.

We bought a 5ft Dorlux Zara mattress from bedsonlegs, and were incredibly unhappy when after just 3 months, the bed was incredibly misshapen. Bedsonlegs replaced the mattress and admitted a fault. Unfortunately, the same happened again to the new mattress just 4 months later. The mattress dips heavily in several places despite being turned regularly. It's now unbearable to sleep on and has given both me and my partner considerable back pain. After complaining to bedsonlegs a second time, I found them rude and patronising. I was told all beds dip and that there was no fault in the mattress. After pointing out the short length of time I'd owned it, and the fact that I had turned it regularly, I was treated as an inconvenience. I was told I was just after my money back. I could not believe this appalling customer service! The only reason I wanted my money back (or even a replacement mattress from a different brand) was because the mattress they had sold me was so poor. I tried to post a review on their website, but unsurprisingly, this has not been accepted. I definitely would not recommend this company, or the mattress. They have no interest in customer satisfaction and are inconsistent in their responses (after initially accepting fault with the first mattress and then saying there was no fault with the second!).

Bought 2 beds one a year ago and came 2 days late and again I ordered and still dame problem. Such poor service. Not even cheap definitely never buying again and will advice everyone not to.

We bought a Super King Size bed which in total cost around £1200, took two weeks to come & we received a text message on the Sunday to say "delivery tomorrow between "1 & 4pm"; Next day arrived & we disposed of our old bed - no new bed arrived, 9-30pm door bell, two men who couldn't speak English at the door with our bed, but it comes in five parts heavily wrapped in polythene, much too much & too late to unwrap & assemble that night; we had to sleep on the couch & leave it till next day. We had no phone call or text from courier to advise late delivery. We called Beds on Legs five times to complain about above - they fobbed us off & didn't want to know - they said "you got your bed - whats the problem?" mmm, ok With a little luck others might read this & wont be so quick to buy from them. After cares service once they have the money is non existent, never mind 'live & learn.

Nothing but bad service and appalling attitude by their staff. Not helpful , terrible customer service, once taken money had no interest to help. Needs customer service training. Would not recommend to anyone due to this lady, very upsetting.

The beds look okay and are really easy to put together with a decent cross head screwdriver. However I bought 4' Elan which has a weird centre piece construction. Slats are very poorly made. Have a feeling I will be doing woodwork on the frame and slats pretty soon. Have serious doubts about durability. Wasted two days of my life for delivery with deadlines missed, no back up plan. My beds (plural) went backwards and forwards from Yorkshire twice, no real explanation was given. The delivery finally arrived at 2000 my delivery slot was 1030 until 1330 The beds were cheap but cost me 2 days and as I am self employed in real terms they were very expensive. Delivery was not free of charge ( not to me at any rate) as I didn't live at the delivery address did spring cleaning instead , the house is now spotless

Having been given an e mail and text that my bed and mattress were to be delivered last Wednesday afternoon, sometime during a 3 hour window, it never came, and no one contacted me. I tried telephoning you later, was put on hold twice, no one spoke, and then I presume that I was timed out and disconnected. The distributors contacted me yesterday to tell me that they could not re deliver till this Monday. I ordered the bed because had relatives staying this weekend, and have ended up borrowing one. You then have the audacity to send me an e mail asking for my thoughts on the product, service, etc. Well I hope you now realise that I am one very unhappy customer.

This mattress is not a medium feel in the slightest. Worst night's sleep and wholeheartedly regret buying this - unfortunately BedsOnLegs won't allow me to exchange so will be stuck with this plank of wood. This mattress is only good for anyone who needs a VERY hard bed for a bad back - not relaxing in the slightest.

7 - 10 days delivery...be prepared to wait at least 2 weeks! Warning, do not allow the courier to leave until you have inspected the bed. I unwrapped mine to find splits in the wood, varnish missing in places on the bed and dents in every panel. No phone calls from their so called Customer Service Centre when I sent them the photographs of the extensive damage, the best they could muster up was an email. Tip: Go elsewhere, there are plenty of websites that will price match any bed and provide better customer service.

We are very sorry that you feel this way, we have tried to resolve the issue and have offered to replace the parts. We have not been made aware that you did not receive fixings to fix the replacement parts. The bed was not put together as per the instructions which was the reason we were unable to collect and refund in full.
If there was any further issue with the bed once the bed had been assembled correctly we would have been able to look into this further for you.
