Do Not Get Involved With Yesisurance. They Ignore
DO NOT get involved with YesIsurance. They ignore any communications other than phone (at 5p a minute) but deem it acceptable to communicate with you by e-mail. The e-mails sent do not say they will not be answered. They will steal your money until such time as you realise that they have ignored your communications.
I told them in reply to an e-mail that they were not authorised to take the money, they still took it. Meaning I paid for my new policy as well as the unauthorised transaction on my bank card.
I and my husband have just spent the best part of an hour arguing over this. They do not undertsand what a complaint is nor have any customer service department to refer complaints to. (Perhaps they just get too many and decide its better to ignore them?)
DO NOT USE THEM.
