What a joke

Take your money never send item waiting over 8 weeks for item .

Never use these people .

They do not answer phone calls .

I have google all data on this company and its not good .

Please dont buy from them as you wont get your money back .

I bought the season ticket for JSC sports. After a few months the service changed to Bein sports and many of the channels I paid for were turned off. I have repeatedly emailed falconsat to ask their advice and they haven't even bothered to reply. I was going to buy a new receiver from them as I know that's what I need to get the channels back but they won't be getting my business now, how rude and ignorant of them.There are plenty more companies out there who are more deserving of my business and my money.

I ordered a satellite motor on falconsat website which says in stock, on 21/9/2013 and today is 28/9/2013 and no delivery or reply to my email from 26/9/2013. it is not free delivery to say they send it 2nd class, even 2nd class will be delivered after 5 working days. I paid 13 pounds for it with any delivery service that will next day delivery.

I will ring them monday if they answer I will cancel the order and ask for refund.

Don't buy from them, I should have bought from a better seller for 10 pound more and free delivery, I would have had my item by now.

I bought a viasat pack from this company with a 24 month subscription it kept deactivating and now it's stopped working altogether after only 4 months. I have repeatidly contacted them and they told me to deal with viasat directly because there was nothing they can do. I asked fir a refund of the twenty months subscription which I didn't receive and they told me there was going to be no refund. This company is terrible and I am now bringing them to court to get my money back. Do not buy from them you get no support and you certainly don't get what you payed for.

I ordered a Humax HDR Fox2 with 1Tb HD and a gold plated HDMI cable from Falconsat. The receiver was delivered in time but more than a month later I am still waiting for the cable. The company made false promises upon receiving my note but that did not make anything happen. Since the company is non-responsive I will have to take the matter up with the credit card company to recover the payment for the gold plated HDMI cable.

I waited a week for delivery as the goods were still on wait on their website even if these products were in stock when I did ordered them (a LNB, a diseq switch and some extra bits).

After I contacted the customer service the status in my account changed immediatelly in "dispached" and I did receive the item next day. I had no email from customer service with regards my questions on delay.

In my situation was acceptable as I was not in a hurry.

I did not installed yet the items so I cannot say anything on this.

Please please be careful this company is not selling new products. they sell used ones for the price of new and then if you send it back.

1- You damaged it

2- You will not get your postage fee

3- You feel like you are fooled, well yes you are.

Pay little more and buy from somewhere else.

Searched for the product I wanted in Google and Falconsat was the first result. Ordered the item and paid, then read the reviews on the web...and started to worry!

However, I have no problem whatsoever in recommending this company to others! Good price, working remote AND all on time AS PROMISED!

Just goes to show - don't believe everything you read...!

I ordered a showtime card and it came within 2 days, It would not activate at first rang FalconSat and within two hours the card was activated. No problem with the service at all.
