I have been ordering from Exoticaunique for years and must say i will not order from another online furniture website. am happy with the product and customer service. The most i have probably had to wait is 3 weeks for an out of stock item. They Rock!

As irritating and inpatient as I can be at times Exoticaunique sales reps were very calm and professional all through with me and my husband. They credited us back our money even before we sent the item we bought back to them because we decided to get it in another color. I don't really have time to hang around furniture stores for furniture hunt. I found exoticaunique.com website, and bought what I wanted. When FedEx lost the shipment, exoticaunique rep called me daily for an update, however, Exoticaunique shipped another set of furniture to me since it was taking too long. Upon getting my furniture, FedEx eventually found and delivered my first item that was lost in transit, so, I had to send it back to Exoticaunique. They were glad I did, and I'm quite grateful for an excellent service, rendered by them as well.

The first item I got was too long due to my own error, so, I sent it back and it took couple of days to obtain the right size. Exoticaunique has an amazing prices for glass coffee tables. I ordered 1 coffee table and 2 end tables and very happy with my order, it matches perfectly with my black leather sofa I purchased from them before.

I am a well known interior designer and i have worked with several online furniture stores. I have to say Exoticaunique was and really nice to work with and we still work with them.They notified me of all items in stock and shipped within a couple of business days my order for 100 lider office chairs arrived within a week! I have never had that experience. The office tables were on back order but arrived within a couple of weeks and they shipped them as soon as they got them in. The quality is excellent for the value and will continue to work with them. I must say the do deliver.

I cannot believe this store is in business. I ordered barstools from this company and they never even took the order. I called in and I actually talked to a live person and they did not bother to process the order.

This company is a complete a total scam!!! They still list the Bertoi Stool as available when they are on back order. I waited since april! I never got them. Luckily with Google I was able to find another company! Also a warning, they are never here to answer the phone and the don't return calls oce they get your money!

Exotica Unique is great until you have an issue with one of their products. They shipped the wrong item to us (not the one they pictured on their web site), and it has been extremely frustrating to get them to take back the item and issue a credit. Multiple phone calls don't get answered, multiple e-mails get no responses, promises are made and then not kept. Their price and order processing was fine until the wrong item was shipped. They have used every excuse in the book to delay the return. We are now at a month and still have not received a credit for our purchase. I will never deal with Exotica Unique again.

I am usually skeptical about buying anything online. I decided to try Exoticaunique and i was very pleased. i received my Eileen gray tables on time and the quality was magnificent. The customer service was also exceptional.They are so highly recommended.

My husband and I have shopped at exoticaunique a couple of times an we must say we have been very happy. The prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for excellent reproductions at an awesome price i will shop there. Personally there is a slight difference with some of the stuff with DWR but i will gladly pay exoticaunique's prices for what you will be getting, honestly for some of the items there is no difference.Sometimes the items are on back order but they are quick to let you know about the wait and its always so well worth the wait. Overall really happy with them and the quality.2 thumps up.
